Migraine sufferers, beware.
Kathy Gon 21/01/2017 02:47Lady at desk was ok- not friendly, not necessarily rude. Outside of hotel and lobby was nice. The room had an overwhelming smell of a freshener. It was a coconut scent that was overbearing.If you suffer from allergies or, like me, migraines, I would not recommend this place. Windows didn't open. Stained carpets. Bed was clean and comfy. Weird little pillows- more like couch pillows? Pet friendly.They allowed our boston terrier but she was $15 extra. Total $96 for a family of 4 with dog on a Wednesday night.
Good Economy Lodging
1oldseagullon 03/01/2017 12:04We use CHOICE HOTEL group whenever possible, chose EconoLodge-Douglasville for an overnight stay while visiting family during Christmas season based on economy of service. It was the lowest cost lodging within 20 miles of our family gathering offering a quality overnight stay. Greeting staff was pleasant, room was good, a/c & heat good and WiFi worked.

Shalonda Eon 26/08/2016 11:32We came to Georgia to visit some family over memorial day weekend. This was a nice place overall. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The hallway was extra hot for some reason. I would come here again to stay.
FAILURE AT THE FRONT DESK
Tim Jon 24/05/2016 01:34Tried to stay here on Friday, 5/20/16. Unfortunately, only smoking rooms were available. Once I told the young lady at the front desk that would not work for us, she promptly went back to texting or playing on her smartphone. No offer of assistance or direction to another hotel. Worked out for us since I found a non-smoking room down the street at another hotel for less money. (Incidentally at a Comfort Inn, which is another Choice Hotels property.)
