Nick yu should not be dealing with public. No tact and very rude. The night clerk and overnight clerk were very pleasant
Scott Ton 02/08/2017 18:37Nick Yu did nothing, but try to find ways to charge us more money from the second we walked in, including saying we cant have visitors. kept threatening to cancel our reservation. when we finally said cancel it, he said he can't because it was booked on priceline. We checkout two days into our four day stay, even though our room was payed for with non refundable priceline. I stay at 20-30 hotels a year, and almost never have problems, and certainly never to this degree. I will never stay at another econolodge and I recommend that you avoid this one in Sandy utah, like the plaque as long as Nick is on duty. Just to be clear. i paid for two more days and have gone to another hotel for those two days rather than be subjected to this guy for one more minute.

kirkhams2017on 01/08/2017 20:37It was a scary experience. They should have security posted. Rooms were very old. Furnishings old and worn. Two small worn towels for two people. Breakfast inadequate and limited for the number of people. Cost was too much. The person registering after us had to pay more than we did!!! They took advantage of the fact that ther was a convention in town. I would not recommend a stay at this place.
Good for a stop-over
LHelkeron 17/07/2017 00:47On road trip with father in law so we needed two rooms. I booked an accessible room on first floor for him, but the noise from upstairs kept him awake. There is no elevator. Our room with two beds was nice, clean and appeared to be recently redone. Complimentary breakfast was ok.
Know what to get for the price
Mitch Mon 05/07/2017 19:06Older and a bit run down. Rooms were clean but the outdated part made them feel not as clean. Not even a flat screen television in the rooms... it have a iron and ironing board however! Keep driving and find something better in the area!

Snomom52on 02/07/2017 21:40Older buildings and rooms, but adequate for the price. Rooms are out dated but clean and staff was nice. Didn't make the breakfast, so can't say. Has eating and bar in same building for convenience. Ok for the price.
