I rolled in here well after dark, and left early the next morning. During my short stay, I had no complaints. The rooms were a little worn, but the decor was better than most budget hotels. Room was clean, everything worked, nice TV, comfortable bed, no bugs. Desk staff was friendly and helpful. Location was good, near restaurants, stores and services. Just off I-575.

We have traveled across the country for years and are very knowledgable on the quality and condition of hotels. This Econolodge is one of the worst hotels we have ever seen. The halls and rooms reek of fowl odors and cigarette smoke. The rugs are torn and worn out. The rooms are dark, smelly and dirty. The furniture is stained, ripped and disgusting. This place MUST be rated one star, not three!

The room was ok. But the staff was very rude to me. I would never tell anyone to stay there. Harrison was a very rude person to deal with he would cut u of talking when ever he wanted and to me thats poor customer service. If u are running a business u need to be a better listener and not so rude. If ur having a bad day dont take it out on ur customers. Thats not good for business. So thank before you want to stay there.

great stay and location

i and my husband;sherri hudgins and Jeffrey manous stayed in room 218.harrison Jeffers the manager he is very very nice,helpful,smiles ,and greets everyone.you could not ask for a better hotel than econo lodge.the hotel is very clean and well maintained.

Horrible stay away

Where do I begin. Stayed there 3 nights due to being in town for daughters ball tournament. Check-in was ok. Room clean but very old. On day 2, I sent my 16 year old down to ask for extra dirty clothes bags. 4 people in a room for 3 days, you do the math. She was talked to very rudely and told they provide 1. After talking down to her, she finally gave her 4 more but only when other customers "were out of view and couldn't see". Next day we had the do not disturb sign on our door and our room did not get clean, no problem there that was our choice, however we did need new/clean towels. When I asked the cleaning lady for 6, she informed me I could have 2 per day. Mind you there are 4 of us and I did after nearly having to throw a fit, got 4 towels. 4 people and 2 dirty ball players do not share towels. Later our trash was full and I ask for a trash bag, was told they didn't have any and never got one. On our final night, there was obvious problems next door. A small child screamed to the top of her lungs for well over an hour. This all began at 11 pm. I called down front and they said they'd check it out. 20 minutes later I called again and was rudely told there was nothing they could do, mumbled something as he hung up on me. Meanwhile between the 2 calls a man dropped a case of glass beer outside our window and scared us to death. remember 2 moms and 2 daughters in Atlanta. I mentioned this on my second call and was ignored. On our final morning I found a nice lady at the desk and explained all of my problems. She called and text a manager that I'd like to talk to him before I checked out. 3 hours later nothing. 2 days later, back at home I called and got a Mr. Harrison Jeffers who was very degrading to me and rude. I ask to speak to Mr. Patel the owner/manager and was informed that I would not ever talk to Mr. Patel and that I would deal with him only. Several hours later he called me back to offer me 10% off a future stay!! Not happening and today I locate Mr. Patel and every review site I can possibly find.
