You get what you pay for
ModFlagboyon 06/06/2017 00:25The hotel is old and dark with a musky smell present throughout the entire building. The room itself was out dated. The sheets had rips and holes in them. The bed was not well supported and I felt as if the bed was going to fall apart. The two main positives: fantastic wifi connection/speed and the staff was very friendly.

Nicki Mon 05/06/2017 16:01The website looked beautiful , my husband and I were driving from Michigan back home to Florida and we're hoping to have a good night sleep and maybe a swim. The room was disgusting, it had a really bad odor, the air conditioner was so loud you could not ignore it no matter how tired you were. Then, we found dirty boot prints on the wrinkled bed sheets.
Very dissatisfied. Not at all worth what they charge to stay there.
fairphillon 27/04/2017 05:38When we went to the room we were given, someone was already in it! Embarrassing.The hairdryer did not work. Towels and washcloths were extremely old, thin, and worn. Sink had no stopper. Sheets and cover were old and thin. No coffeemaker. Very little for breakfast. Vending machine was empty. Beverage machine was out of order. The room did have a good tv, microwave, and refrigerator. The staff was extremely nice and friendly. Will not stay there again. Would rather pay more for cleanliness and more upgraded.

harley con 22/04/2017 15:05This is a very basic type of hotel for a very large price they ripped 220$ out of my bum , that hurt . I would say room stunk like mold I got a larger king size room with added jacuzzi and the tub needed work the hair dryer doesn't work , the pool here is not up and running at all no vending machines , huge large bubble tv makes a loud screaming noise and the room is not very large at all nothing like other econo lodge I've stayed at , continual breakfast is hardly existent it has toast , bagel , 3 kinds if cereal that's it !
Ruby's Hidden Hideout
David Mon 14/04/2017 18:31From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out it was nothing but customer service. Although its a small place, rooms were pretty good size and ample room for handicaps. Manager Andy was above reproach and the staff as well. Right smack in the middle of everything but away from high traffic area. Stores, restaurant's and gas station all within walking distance. Less then 5 mins to Ruby's Falls, etc.
