Terrible terrible service and awful place to go to
Melissa Don 20/03/2016 11:59The night shift man was so rude OMG. We paid for 4 hour it wasnt even our time to leave as yet and he kept calling none stop. Every 5 mins taking to rude to me. "It's time for you to leave ", "miss when are you leaving ". "When are u coming out the room". Like how rude and disrespectful is that. ! Room was just gross. Bed stink. I work for fairfeild inn & suites marriot hotel i know how to talk and make our guest feel welcome. Overall terrible service. I would never go there again.
Not Good for Families, but ok for Bachlors

Room r found little wet smell, Bed sheets r not clean, Breakfast r only to show that they r giving free breakfast. Not good for Families at all but bachelors can stay. Found Ghosty Hotel (no ghosts at all but like that) as its no human-being seen in hotel accept one sitting in main counter.
Getting to know Queens and booking into hotel before checking time

The hotel is situated in Queen and close to JFK airport with all the amenities a traveller would want when visiting another country. As a solo traveller it's very important to find a hotel that can accommodate a traveler's needs. Such as, receiving a room before the actual check in time. The Trip Advisor 'Dinesh' is the perfect person at EconoLodge as he will go out of his way to ensure customer satisfactions. To all those overseas travellers please try this hotel if you want to experience that home from home factor.

Indira Hon 26/07/2015 18:05This hotels is a bit run down, needs a remodel and general maintenance, however the front desk clerk Dan was very friendly and helpful with directions in taking the subway to time square, the price for the room is a bit too pricey , the wall paper was peeling off in the bathroom , the sheets were not white but off white and the bed spread was like a piece of curtain material that was used to make a bed spread, the ice machine looks like it needs to be clean, the side door was always open which was a safety concern for me even if the location maybe safe, the continental breakfast was the usual coffee, tea, orange juice, mini breakfast pastries, toast and fresh oranges and cereal however needed to have cream for coffee only had milk , the hotel is redoing some rooms on one side of the building so it is in the process of updating rooms but my overall stay was good.

markplate100on 16/07/2015 05:39Decent place to stay. I don't know why previous reviews are so bad. I found it very convenient to stay my family enjoyed the entire stay. We had aboslutely no issues at any time. the hotel staff was also very friendly.
