Roach in the room
Jim Fon 04/07/2017 16:17The overall area of Stockbridge is nice, but this hotel was in a weird spot. The gas station across the street had a ton of cops there, and there was a homeless guy screaming at traffic in the morning.
The room itself was ok, but there was a roach in the room, which is a deal-breaker. It was already after midnight when we saw it on the wall, so we didn't bother saying anything to the front desk, but it did not lead to much sleep.
In addition to the roach, the cabinet in our room had no handles and could not be opened and the wifi signal was extremely unreliable.

mrphillips2on 02/06/2017 20:19Very clean room with some updates. The employee working at the front desk was very helpful. It is an outside entry hotel but that wasn't a problem for us. Breakfast was very basic but hey it's free. Overall good value.

Mack Mon 15/05/2017 12:47I'm an Elite Diamond member of the "Choice program" and have been since 04. I drive very long hours on my job and look for hotels convenient to the highway when I stay at a hotel. I have stayed at this hotel before. "Mike" is the front desk manager and is very rude and very unprofessional! He speaks very angrily, cut you off when your talking, and just flat out shouldn't work with the public. He speaks to you as if you are a child and I'm very far from that. I never have an issue with the other front desk employees, "ONLY MIKE". Being a Choice Member, you suppose to get later check outs, he ALWAYS get an instant attitude if I request one. Also, if I use my Choice points to redeem a room here, he has an attitude as well. What's the point in being a Choice member if the hotel manager makes you feel like you're not welcome there to use it?? I was going out for food one morning, and he approached me and said "if you are leaving, at least let me know so I don't have to keep my house keepers here late". I was like, really dude?? I was going to get food. Do I have to report to the hotel manager that I'm going out for food?? My God! Not a good feeling to be monitored or to feel like the manager is visually raping you. He is rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, a liar! Stay at another hotel unless you like being stalked by the hotel manager or feeling like your business is not valued.

fajotanon 23/07/2016 16:10Cheap, close to restaurants and other businesses and is pretty quite but is a little bit outdated and ran down. The rooms are just the right size and the air conditioning really works well. The free continental breakfast does not have fruits nor hot items to choose from. Hotel staff are friendly and corteous.
Good place to lay your head for the price you get.
bountyqluon 06/06/2016 16:46Stayed at this location while attending the Georgia Renaissance Festival. Great location next to numerous restaurants, and grocery stores. Staff was extremely friendly and the pool was a welcome pleasure after traipsing through the festival all day.
Would recommend as a good place to stay for the weekend. Only knock was the wi-fi could be a little spotty but tolerable.
