Relaxing get a way

When I placed the reservation for 2 rooms I was told they would have to see my coupon at check in but when I showed up I was told they don't honor them but they did take a $5 charge off of my pet fee, reduced it to $10 instead of the $15 charge. I was supposed to have 2 adjourning rooms but they were spaced apart. Mine was a handicapped, very nice room, great shower and rails in the bathroom. My son and family had a nice spacious room. Each had a frig and microwave. Free Wi-fi offered, wonderful fresh baked cookies in the evening, a nice breakfast with waffles, and a clean pool with a safety rope. A great stay except for the price confusion and overcharge.

Stayed at this hotel recently and met Alex. From the time that we checked in he made sure that everything was fine with us. He was an excellent resource. We ran into issues with our luggage on departure and he personally stepped into to assist us in getting it straightened out. It was very distressing but he stayed with us until it was all done and we were packed to go. He went far above the call of duty to ensure our comfort and we would stay here again because of that.

Alex was great!! The first thing I did when I arrived was lock my keys in my rental car along with my phone charger. The maintenance man did try to assist me in opening the door but we were unsuccessful so first thing in the morning I went to the lobby and Alex called a local locksmith for me as well as borrowed me an iPhone charger for my cell phone since mine was in the car. Alex had me wait in my room so he could negotiate the price of the locksmith and then call me when done. He did get me a better rate than I would have gotten! Thanks again!! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast everyday and coffee available 24 hours per day! Elizabeth is a very warm lady and welcoming as you enter and she has a smile for all!! Thank-you very much for the great stay at Econo Lodge Villa Rica GA!!

Nice place, no complaints

Stayed for a night and very pleased for the money. Room was clean and quiet. Outdoor access. Breakfast was just okay, breads, fruit and waffle maker. Close to a church we were visiting. I would stay again. Employees very nice and friendly.

Was a place to sleep

The room was decent, and fairly large actually. I didn't pay a good rate but that's thanks to the hotel next door over-selling and not being able to honor my reservation. The only thing I'd complain about was the lack of a flat screen television. The night agent is slow, he left me and others waiting a while checking us in, there was a queue of people who had been turned away from the next door hotel needing to book rooms, but at least they had them available. Very good location to all shopping. Would stay here again.
