Extremely dirty and absolutely disgusting!!!

This hotel was absolutely disgusting!!! My kids feet were black from walking around the room!! The bathroom floor turned brown from the water when we took a shower it was so dirty. We arrived at 12:30 in the moring after a long drive from home. The kid in the check in refused my choice privilege pricing because I got there "too late" he gave us our key to the room. We proceeded to the back of the hotel where our room was. Smashed beer bottles in the "parking lot" (dirt /grass parking) a party going on in the parking lot. Reeked of marijuana and cigarettes. Walked in the unsecure hall way where the door behind us would not close. Hall ways smelled of marijuana and alcohol. Dirt and rocks all over the carpet. Absolutely dirty and disgusting. Walked in the room and I was terrified all night that we were going to be robbed. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. My 5 yr old complained of the bed hurting him where the springs poked up. The blankets were stained and the comforter had a ton of cigarette burns in it. Went to the lobby at 9 am to check out and were told we were too late for breakfast. This is BY FAR THE WORST HOTEL WE HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!!! Very displeased and will NEVER stay at an econo lodge again!

The room was comfortable, had the creature comforts while traveling such as microwave and fridge. Had a hairdryer and large shower but poor water pressure. Staff was very friendly and coffee in lobby was excellent! A little bit noisy due to regulars but no real issues.

Great for a place to sleep, Price is exactly what you will get.

The staff is and goes beyond to be accommodating. The exterior looks freshly painted and hallways look freshly wall papered. Our room looked recently wall papered and was kept very clean with fresh towels everyday. Located with in reasonable distance to most activities, including The Eastern States Exposition Fairgrounds. Provided free breakfast is adequate yet simple.

HOWEVER.... The hallway and room smelled kinda strong with smoke. The plumbing in our bathroom was dated, leaking, and didn't function easily. Hot water yes but it took a couple on/offs to do so. I found under the sink where a leak was and dry rotted the wood underneath. The toilet was a bit loose and wiggled when sitting down feeling unsafe. Our room's doors, both didn't always close do to the internal latching either getting stuck out or stuck inside to which I had to MacGyver fixed it using the rooms pen.

Couple of things beyond their control that you should know. First, the neighboring Vietnamese restaurant hands out old menus that have items on it they no longer make. Second, there can be some noise that might keep you up or sound illegal.

Given everything I just said, I stick to my title as it is a great price and place to lay your head(s), but not a place to stick around in.

Terrible for the high price!

Horrible place for the money they charge. I needed a room in this area for business. I wanted something reasonable as it was a contract and the expenses were on me. I figured for $75 it would be decent. Not so much. Filthy walls, TV doesn't work, not to mention there are no local channels like CBS, NBC, ABC so you can not get local news and weather in the morning. Most of the channels they do have just make the picture jump up and down. The wifi goes off and on is not reliable. There are holes burnt into the blankets and sheets, The worst of all was the dried blood on the bathroom wall! See pics. I wouldn't stay again for free!

Place smelled like smoke/weed, toilet paper was held on with a Econo Lodge pen, door key did not work. Every time we wanted to enter our room we had to go to the front desk to ask the gentleman to let us in, he then would have to walk to our room with us to open the door. The T.V."s were from the 1990's. The bed sheets had burn holes in them from cigarettes, but I guess for $80.00 bucks it is what it is. OH also Ghetto people hanging on the stairs at night playing rap music while smoking.
