I would never stay there again. I came with my wife due to a death in the family. There was a hole in the wall. The exaust fan was down. I went to the office and the guy cldnt speak English. I wanted a different room he wanted to.have me pay again. I told him I wanted to move. He didn't understand me. I wanted a refund and he said no. They weren't busy so he cld have moved me. The pic of.the soaps.isnt right. I had to stay cause he didn't understand us
It is a unfriendly place and dirty. And noone will understand you if u need any thing. We stayed one nite them left. We lost one night but found a cleaner and friendlier place

Most disgusting place! Do NOT stay there!!

Paid for 2 nights through a travel agency for this place and only stayed 1 and ONLY because it was too late at night to find something else! Our room smelled awful, there were burn holes in the comforter sets and curtain, one of the bed sheets were torn and taped over, the bathroom floor was sticky AND our bed had brown stains all over them!! Yes, we have pictures of it! On top of this, they accidentally charged me twice and say they refunded it but still no sign of the refund in my bank account and they are refusing a refund for the second day that we didn't even stay!!! Our travel agency Paycation also isn't trying to help us either! So fed up with the whole situation, out over $300 for a one night stay at a place that wasn't even worth it! Please do not go to this hotel!!!

Most of the reviews for this terrible motel are from 2013. I am disappointed I say that they are still not taking any negative reviews and trying to improve. I made reservations for the 3 bed room on Saturday afternoon on THEIR website and held the room with my credit card. I received an email Confirmation that the room would be available. I had 5 adults and 1 child in my group. When we arrived at 6 pm the lady behind the GLASS told me that she didn't know anything about online reservations and she would have to call her manager. The manager told the lady that the room had already been rented to someone else even though we had a confirmed reservation. I told her I had a email and she said that is not going to change anything that they were not going to be able to offer us any other rooms except for the one in the basement. It had ONE king size bed. Really??? for 5 adults and a 5 yr old? That would be real cozy!!! I told her that this terrible place was beyond poor in their customer service. Now I know why they have a glass wall between you and them.

I stayed here in June only because my cheap employer booked me here. We were doing business for a few months here, but I only stayed 1 night and ran to a hotel closer to Cleveland that cost about the same and was habitable.

This 'hotel', and I am using that word loosely here, is bottom of the barrel. This is the type of 'hotel' you pay by the hour, if you get my drift. Nothing looked clean, NOTHING. It was missing light bulbs and closets. It had NO closets. What hotel has no closets? Not even anything to hang things from. Which is probably a good thing. The bed was old and uncomfortable and the TV was, oh forget it. I am wasting time writing things about this place. IT IS HORRIBLE. Go elsewhere. Even relatives and friends.

i cannot give this hotel a rating as i had booked it for my daughter as she was driving to chicago-when she arrived at the hotel the room 'reeked' of cigarette smoke and there were dead flies in the bathroom and flecks of something black in the toilet--they did reimburse her 40 or the 62.00 yet stated they went to the room after and there were not dead flies and the toilet was clean==she felt totally unsafe and had to book another hotel--
