NJFamily779on 24/02/2016 22:18The staff was great (Sheila and Pankaj), wonderful rooms, good business center. The printer was off-line so Sheila printed up my boarding pass for me at the front desk. Fair price for many services they provide. Good location to I-380. Nice all around.

By far the best value in all of Cedar Rapids very close proximity to major restaurants convenience store right across the street very good security. Is basically the same motel but not as expensive as major chains, you should definitely check this motel out before going elsewhere the beds are so comfortable me and my roommate slept the best we have in a long time
Very helpful staff and management
James Lon 20/09/2013 18:03I was staying at the Red Roof Inn across the parking lot from the Economy Inn. I was in Cedar Rapids to take my daughter to college. While there, I needed to use the wifi connection, which was completely unavailable at the Red Roof. I needed to help my other daughter, who was in New York, get parts for her car. Getting desperate, I walked over to the Economy Inn. The Manager and the desk staffer, Christine, both let me use their wifi so I could help my NY daughter, even though I wasn't a guest! They were pleasant and friendly, and I was able to order the parts I needed. I am definitely staying here the next time I am in Cedar Rapids!
Excellent hotel at a fair price.
raroaderon 18/09/2013 16:36We were treated great at the economy inn and suites. This is definitely where I will stay when I come to cedar rapids. Large clean rooms at an affordable price. The owner was very accommodating and the parking lot was big enough to park my truck.
