Nice place in great location.

Family spent a week at this facility. Room was clean and comfortable and the grounds were well maintained including the indoor and outdoor pools. Beach was a very short walk through the sand dunes. Location was perfect for accessing the entire Cape. Fully stocked kitchenette was very convenient as were the many grills outside. There is no daily housekeeping but I knew that when I booked it.

Perfect Beach Vacation For 2!

We stayed in the studio room which is perfect for 2 people. Cozy, quiet cool and a nice little kitchen. Footsteps away from the pool and beach without all the chaos of the main resort. Absolutely loved it and our favorite restaurant Ocean House is .3 miles away. Lol For the price it's perfect.

Poor book through RCI

Booked Fall 2016 for this trip which was a one bedroom full kitchen. Read all the reviews before and looked at all the pictures. Went through RCI exchange since we have Bluegreen. Arrived to find they prebooked our unit when we booked it because it was an owner's unit but we did not know this. We got no information on our booking confirmation that stated a unit had been assigned or where it was located. We got a room that has no view unless you walk out on the patio into and lean to the left. No direct access to the amenities which every other room had except the efficiency units across the street. You have to walk back to the reception area or down the utility access road off the patio. Room equivalent to a bad motel 6. Repairs needed. Smells funny. Dark inside. See you later pictures. They refused to change our room because it was peak season and they were all booked except an efficiency across the road - a downgrade. We even asked for a two bedroom and would pay extra points. We were told to check back in a day or two. I normally wouldn't complain but this was ridiculous. Called RCI and they were of no help. Aggravating to say the least.

Very Nice Ocean View Property!

We stayed for 3 nights and found the 1 BR suite very comfortable. The room sizes were generous and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a kitchenette and a full size table. The LR/DR/K space was generous and it had a good sized flat screen TV and a gas fireplace. The sliding glass doors allowed a great view of the ocean and a small patio area with table and chairs. The grounds were well maintained, had plenty of gas grills, lounge chairs and a large grassy area for lawn games for the kids. It also offered a indoor and outdoor pool and a hot tub.. I found the pillows very uncomfortable and a walk to the beach was about 300'. Other than that we would stay there again!

Cape Cod Vacation

We spent a week in Cape Cod staying at he Edgewater Beach Resort....very nice facility, spacious one bedroom condo with a small balcony/patio...on the beach. Great location...great spot to be based for exploring the Cape!
