Just fine for the night - pet friendly
KLEwingon 25/05/2017 00:50We needed a place to stay for one night on our trip down the coast that was pet friendly. This fit the bill and was reasonably priced. We had a first floor room with a sliding glass door that opened onto a paved walking path along the water. It was easy to let the dog out for a quick potty or walk him around the property. Breakfast was donuts and juice. Nothing to get excited about. It is across the street from a Safeway and a Fred Meyer so handy to get something at either place for take out.
We did not use the pool or hot tub because you had to walk outside to get there and it was too cold.
We travelled during the week when it wasn't busy so didn't have a problem with noise.

2006rbon 22/05/2017 17:26We were heading south on 101 and decided to walk in and spent the night here. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. Desk clerks were very helpful. Lobby is beautiful. We were in room 120. Everything worked well in our room. It has the largest bathtub I have ever seen in a hotel. Nice!! We used the Heated pool and Hot tub. Both were clean and hot. Pool was about 82 degrees! Hot tub 104.! Did not use the sauna or game room or exercise room. But looked nice. Our room was under $100. And looked over the river with a patio. Had a kitchenette and 2 bathroom sinks ,sofa sleeper ,king bed ,kitchen table and 2 chairs and bar with 2 stools. Plenty of room and spotless clean! We had a continental breakfast (which was good). We left thinking we didn't really want to leave there yet. It was sure a pleasant stay. We would definitely return there if in the area.
Stress free memorial
Kristen Aon 07/05/2017 04:43The Edgewater accommodated a large party reservation as 5 rooms were needed for a loved ones memorial. Easy and friendly check in, clean rooms, and the kids were very happy with the pool. Also, the view of the bay was lovely. The rooms are incredibly outdated in regards to linens, chairs and lamps, but the beds were comfortable, and the wifi worked. Call them directly as they are a small little place without a website.

imagineloveon 25/04/2017 05:26Stayed two nights for business trip. The rooms are huge but furnishings have not changed since the 1970's, okay maybe the 1980's. Regardless the wifi failed almost the entire two days and the electrical outlets were insufficient and loose, amazing plugging into them almost impossible. Highly recommend staying elsewhere...
