The rooms furniture are beautiful and confort . Well equipped kitchen . Two big LCD TV. You better booked before you go there. The price difference is significance . A good out-side pool and nice restaurant . Adjacent Night club . Guest Friendly Hotel.

The rooms were very spacious, clean and beds were very comfortable. Staff are helpful and courteous. More than adequate amenities. Great value for the money. Perfect place to stay with family or a group of friends.

Elite not Royal

I do not think this a good hotel they need to improve their cleaning and quality, also they should not let the workers eat at he hotel, bad smell is scattered every where. also bed sheets very dirty and very old equipment at kitchen.

booking .com should make clear strategy for check in timing with hotel management.
Toilet flush system are found damaged and leaking ,it should be rectified. Hotel staff are very polite and good. Services from the hotel staff were excellent.

No Impressed At All

I wouldn't recommend this hotel nor will I stay here again. From the check in experience and the hidden charges that were not displayed at Booking.com this hotel failed in so many ways. The price you will be required to pay should be the price that's listed in the reservation. When asking the front desk check in staff about local establishments they were less than helpful providing no information of value. The staff at checkout didn't ask or inquire about the stay at the hotel which leads me to believe that they're not concerned with customer service but instead just with room fills. Cleaning team were amazing. They were quick and thorough. The pool staff was also very helpful. He showed me around the entire floor and amenities and made me feel at home. Although I won't be staying at this establishment again for the above reasons, I do feel if given the right information for the checkin procedures to include accurate price at reservation and a knowledgeable staff, that this hotel has the potential to be great. Of course I'm only one review so it can be taken for what it's worth to you for consideration but I will not return nor will I refer anyone else to this establishment for the above reasons.
