Great place, good price... couldn't fault it!

My three friends and I stayed here for a week. The price was good. Note you pay the breakfast fee separate but it's a lovely spread so recomrnd it. Our apartment was clean with AC. Only reason for giving four stars and not five is internet in the rooms is a bit weak and intermittent.

Location was great as just outside Chania. Lots of nice restaurants and beaches nearby. Parking outside the hotel was always pretty easy.

The staff were outstanding. So friendly and helpful. The setting of the Suites is lovely with the pool, balcony and trees and flowers.

Would recommend and definitely come back

We just came back from our vacation on Crete. We spent 10 fabulous days on this wonderful island. I highly recommend Crete, Agia Marina and Elotis Suites. I've travelled a lot and seen many different places in Greece and other parts of the world, but Crete really left an impression on me and my family. We never visit the same place twice, but after 2 days on Crete we realized that we want to come back...and next year we plan to spend our vacation in Agia Marina at the same hotel. The air, the food, the people, the beach...everything on this island is amazing!!! And Elotis Suites as well-very clean hotel(rooms are cleaned every days, towels and bed sheets changed regularly), staff are very friendly, rooms are spacious, bathrooms are very nice... The place itself, Agia Marina, is big enough to have everything you need during your stay, but it isn't too crowded or noisy! The beach is great, sandy, spacious, clean...and you should definitely visit Almira beach bar-great place with excellent food and service!!! Thanks Crete and Elotis Suites, see you next year :)

Relaxed atmosphere experience!

Very pleasant hotel! Our family with two kids had a very nice stay at the hotel at the room 104 closest to the pool short side.

The room was quiet, and we didn´t hear any disturbing noice at night time. Of course you can hear music untill the troubadour stop play, but that goes for any apartment.

It was easy to access the ocean from the hotel. There you could find "free" sunbeds if you buy at least something to drink during the day. (For what we know the sunbeds were "free" from Almira beach restaurant and towards Platanias.)
Realy good sand quality on beach from this area Close to Elotis !

The hotel pool had very good water quality! I didn´t felt any trouble with my eyes from the pool water! Good for kids (everyone).

In the evenings when you came back from shopping or restaurants, it was realy nice to just sit in the bar under the sky watching the moon and listen to the fantastic troubadour who played some awasome versions of known songs some days every week.

The Hotel staff was very friendly and very helpful to answer and help with any questions you might had.
Especially Petros and Theodore at the bar were realy proffessional with there good service and they made you feel welcome and relaxed during your stay!

Great value for money

Great value for money. Nice spacious rooms with great balconies. Great pool area and friendly and accommodating staff all around. Our 2,5 year daughter was welcomed in every way by guest and staff, though it is not a family-hotel as such. Overall a very positive experience.

Really lovely resort and a nice place to stay- Great holiday end of June

The Elotis suites were a good base by which to explore the area. The breakfast was the best ever :) The room we had was a studio and was good- comfy beds, nice bathroom. The place is well maintained and new looking. The pool is small and clean but gets shade in the afternoon. Plus side is you get the pool to yourselves a lot - we did when returning from beach.
However we went to the beach most days. Agia Marina beach is fantastic and really close so this was ideal for us. The entertainment is one guy on guitar who whilst really good was a bit monotonous. The staff are friendly and work very hard.
I would recommend this place as a base. If you want to cook, have nightly entertainment or a poolside holiday this is not the place for you.
Agia Marina is great. . Kri Kri restaurants are very good. Melatami's is good for free sunbeds - just need to but drinks. Meltami's pizza's are fabulous. Chania town is a great place to wander around and a short bus ride away. We love this part of Crete. Elotis suites is a good place to choose & we had a great holiday. We are a couple in our 50's
By the way you can see an amazing sunset from the beach over the road. Unbeatable :)
