LostALot22on 24/08/2017 19:09I only stayed here one night. I am a diamond member and had a little trouble with my room being late at check in. Everything else was fine. Very clean. Very friendly staff especially the lady that checked people in for breakfast. It's a quiet hotel so I slept well. Overall a nice stay.
Fantastic hotel
jackson5555on 23/08/2017 00:30Check in was easy the price was right. Very good price for hotel of this quality. Very beautiful hotel the room s were great and newer. Not far from Roswell n m UFO city. I recommend highly. The only bad thing is Hilton is chensy with sausage and bacon at the breakfast buffet.
Welcoming experience
55evelynon 22/08/2017 19:29Hotel staff was courteous, productive and enthusiastic on any service I needed. Breakfast and evening reception was delicious . I appreciate any extra assistance I requested especially an early arrival was able to access my room.
Bad Experience
shanaa639on 22/08/2017 10:14I usually stay at the Albuquerque Embassy Suites while traveling. I doubt that will be my stop from now on. Here are the problems I had with my room: 1. My room had boogers wiped on the wall. 2. There was a wedding going on that night, all night there was loud noises throughout the entire lobby. 3 The beds seems so old, springs were popping out making noise. Very uncomfortable., the worse bed I have ever slept one. 4. We went to breakfast on Saturday, both myself and my son found a hair in our omelette. The next morning we did not attempt to go down to have breakfast. I was very disappointed in the hotel.
Excellent Stay for Families
B9977KOjessicason 20/08/2017 11:22If you're going to stay anywhere for an extended time, pick a place that gives you complimentary drinks and snacks at night, and makes you breakfast in the mornings! We especially liked staying over the weekend when they had a huevos rancheros station up, with homemade green chile sauce—it was SO good, and I wish I could have the recipe! Plus, the view on the west side during the evening for sunset just can't be beat.
