CHAO Won 22/08/2017 06:14We stayed for a couple of nights, this hotel is excellent. Room was clean when we arrived! Cozy environment! Polite staffs that will give you a high quality service. Roundtrip airport transfer was included in the reservation. Lastly, upon check out they have free souvenir. The experience from this hotel was beyond expectations. Highly recommended and we would definitely come back for our next visit.

travelbob_10on 20/08/2017 14:31Empire suites is a great little hotel for the money. The staff are it's number one asset. So friendly and helpful. It is located on a busy street with everything you need near by and is conveniently close to the airport. The rooms are clean and quiet for a good nights sleep. We stayed 2 nights on our way to el nido and again on the way back to Manila. I recommend staying here as a stop over. Down stairs is a little travel agency that is also very helpful.

Rowan Ron 19/08/2017 12:03Clean, comfortable and very accomodating to our needs.. From pick and return airport shuttle.. Everything worked a treat.. Staff very friendly and approachable.. Loved It.. Rooms were clean and well presented.. Welcoming drinks and a fast check in service .. Wifi was slow but workable..
Overnight Rest from business trip
Lowel Pon 01/08/2017 02:58The hotel is very accommodating and it is nice place to stay. It is also in the heart of downtown Puerto Princesa City which is very accessible to airport and to different restos and some bars for unwinding.
Staff are the main highlight of this nice hotel.
bilal aon 22/07/2017 09:34The staff here will cater to your every need and will attempt to assist you in every way possible. We were very happy to stay in this comfortable hotel and would definitely recommend. My only gripe is that the coffeeshop should be improved as they only serve instant coffee and you have to buy that with your breakfast. Go down the street to this beautiful coffee shop called itoy for an amazing dining experience.
