Booking with host Dominique was very smooth, The area is quiet, Villa is nice and clean, very good seaview, you literally get up every morning to smell the fresh air of sea breeze and listen the wave in the night, really relex experience, only 20 meter to the seaside, great for kids. My family love the villa. Will definite come back again. Thanks again Dominique and Ms Fon.

I keep returning to the Sea breeze Place......very good value for $$$$. All the staff are excellent...great location, close to beach, some great restaurants, lots to do and see. If you need a bike they can be rented at the sister property (sea Breeze Bungalows) across the road. They can pick you up or drop you anywhere you want to go and explore on the island.

Reservation without problems, the hotel is located directly on the beach, it is a great advantage. Another advantage is the pool is always clean and warm. Nearby are many restaurants and souvenir shops, food and clothes. Very suitable for families with children. Very reasonable price.

Friendly staff & close to the beach

On arrival we were greeted by a friendly receptionist & was quickly checked into the main hotel with a pool view from our balcony.
Overall the room was clean & comfortable, the hotel itself is in need of a little updating but has an old school charm.
The pool was mostly quiet & cleaned everyday.
It is a very short walk from Lamai beach & has free sun loungers for guests.
The staff were very helpful & we were always greeted with a smile.
The breakfast is okay & the WIFI was a little up & down at times but on the whole it was good.
This is a pleasant place to stay & is situated away from the noise of the main strip.

We arrived late at night 10 minutes before reception closed. The bedsheets were stained and very unpleasant to sleep in it. The toilet bowl had a rim of brown water at all times. (Even when the maids have just cleaned! Or not) Hotel needs to improve its hygiene.
The wifi signal was appalling. You have to be lucky to have a strong signal as it fluctuated from hour to hour and was off more than it was on.
They do not provide a kettle. But has a fridge with daily water supplied by hotel.
There is a safe in the bedroom but is so small. Big enough only to fit phones and iPad. So do not take a laptop.
Breakfast was basic and needed to be ordered before crossing the road to be serve at this hut next to the beach.
The swimming pool only had 2 sun bed with cushions on it. All the others were just plastic and very uncomfortable to lay in.
On the positive side hotel provided beach towels to take to the beach. And again to sit on the sun beds without padding.
