Relaxing Hotel after our trek
MMM-GOon 08/08/2017 20:23Very clean hotel with a lovely and quiet rooftop terrace. The hot shower after our trek was legend! The hot water bottles were nice, we slept really well and breakfast was easy and familiar. Didn’t need the airport pickup so they changed it to a drop off! Very much appreciated!
A great price for a great stay
Kerry Son 31/07/2017 18:10Just stayed for 5 nights at the hotel. The staff was fantastic and very helpful. The hotel is clean and quaint. Hot water bottles are provided for guests every night. Breakfast and WiFi included (although at times, the WiFi signal is not strong in the room). Breakfast included: fruit, bread, cereal, fresh juice, tea, coffee, and made to order eggs/omelets. It is about a 10 minute walk uphill from the main square. You can take a taxi for cheap, but it will take just as long as walking! We had a lovely stay.
Lovely hotel in Cusco
Sporthillon 26/07/2017 22:40This is a beautiful small hotel, high up above the city center of Cusco. Our room was very pretty and comfortable and fairly roomy, with very comfortable beds and good reading lights. And hot water bottles in the beds as part of the turn down service! The restaurant was really good, staff very nice, friendly and helpful. There is a rooftop terrace with great views, and we had an excellent massage. The only drawback at all would be if you didn't want to climb the steep streets and stairs to get back up to the hotel from town. It is in a lovely location, just up the street from Plaza Blas. Also free pickup at the airport.

Michael Kon 24/07/2017 15:10What a beautiful place to stay! Staff is amazing and friendly. I stayed at Encantada Casa a few weeks ago with my husband and 8 year old son, and had an amazing time. We met the owner of the hotel too, a very nice gentleman who gave us great info on what sites to visit and when, and many other details that made our trip to Peru amazing and unforgettable. We will be back to this hotel for sure!

Maravillosa3on 15/07/2017 03:04We were very impressed with this hotel. The staff was very friendly. Angela and Miguel went above and beyond taking care of our needs. The rooms are cleaned, beds comfortable. We even got hot water bags every night to warm our beds.. what a treat!. The hotel is a little out of the way but it is very quiet and have gorgeous views! The breakfast Buffett was good, same everyday.
