Very nice hotel

We had booked a superior double or queen bedroom! However we were allocated a room with separate beds! we solved the matter by moving the beds together and actually made one comfortable king size bed!The room was clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom wall was made of glass and gave the room a lovely feature. The only significant issue was discolorated spots on the the toilet seat!! which I think would had been nice not to have been there! Staff were extremely kind and helpful.

We literally stumbled onto this hotel and wondered why Trip Advisor wasn't crying from the rooftop that this is a superb hotel at a great price.

The online price was equaled on our request (walk-in price slightly higher (happens everywhere, but I'm not sure why).
Our room was massive and had everything you ever dreamed of. Clean and luxurious. The staff were very helpful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This is the new standard in economy priced hotels.

A good hotel worthy of its' high 3 star rating

In late July my partner and I stayed at this Hotel whilst we visited the Panda Research Base, the very interesting Jinsha Museum and Chengdu City. A very good hotel from the time of check-in through meals and room service to departure. Our room was very comfortable,clean and large enough. Breakfast was of a good standard with a good buffet selection of both Chinese and western food. Whilst a little out of the way from the city center the hotel standard renders it worthy of consideration. Should we return to Chengdu in the future we would have no problems in staying here again.

I stayed in this small hotel for 6 nights at the last week of April this year and i paid Rmb400 per night which i chanced upon a Chinese website.

Likes:
> Clean, comfortable room with all the standard amenities;
> Unlimited free internet access;
> 25 minutes walk to downtown (ZhongFu Jie). Taking a cab will cost around Rmb8;
> A 24hr convenience store behind the hotel;
> Staff are helpful.

Dislikes:
> I was hungry at around 11pm and dialed for room service. No one answered the phone. Then i called the reception and was told that the restaurant (only one) had closed for the day. i.e in-room dining service is not 24hr;

> Breakfast was horrible. The western spread looked stale and pathetic especially the cereal and cakes. There was also a small tray of simple sushi rolls which looked disgusting; Chinese food was so-so. I only ate the sausages, ham and fruits. From the third day onwards, i stopped going for the hotel's breakfast.

Four Star rating is proper.

This smaller size hotel, located in central Chengdu, is unquestionably a hidden gem of Chengdu`s hotels. The non-smoking room, located on the 6th floor, the highest floor level, had every amenity that one could wish for. Quality everything went into the planning of these rooms lacking absolutely nothing
The complimentary breakfast had a marvelous array of western and Chinese dishes, laid out in such a manner that made it easy to select. The hotel staff seemed to bend over backward to answer or take care of your every need. The only reason I gave it a 4 star instead of a 5 star is because it lacked a sauna, swimming pool, and it may or may not have had a gymnasium.
I cannot think of one flaw that I could pin on this hotel, unless it is the seemingly flowery name of Enjoyable Stars hotel. I stayed five nights and it was absolutely marvelous!
