Tomlin26on 15/08/2017 09:07Stayed at this so called hotel for 30 days which i had pre booked. The toilet paper was of good quality when they supplied it. The rest of the hotel is a shocker the rooms are old and smell the bathroom is not clean toilet broken and they don't bother fixing it.Sheets are not changed you have to ask for towels and even then they tell you that it was a busy day and you won't get them till following day. Staff are the rudest people i have come across if you ask them for something they give you a look as if to say why are you bothering me. The breakfeat is minimal and it keeps running out and if you ask for something they don't bring it out.The so called coffee is cold and weak had to order essprsso coffee which was extra cost and even then it was a hassle for the waiters to get for you. I ordered a chicken soup one morning the waiter kept telling me it was extra cost and did not listen to me as i said i would pay for it . Once he realised i was going to pay he brought out the bowl and through it on the table. I have stayed at more then 50 hotels in my time and this is the worst ive stayed at.Who rated this a 4 star must have been a long time ago.I was disappointed with my visit to this hotel as it was my 1st visit of my birth place of macedonia in 37 years.You will be dissipointed if you stay here.

It is rated 3.5- 4 star.
Star rating misleading, hotel a joke.
First of all, its extremely overpriced.
No lift to first floor, no assistance with luggage, 30 stairs in all, no aircon up stairs or through corridor. Horrible stench through corridor and lift.
Outdated rooms, old and worn linen, mouldy, leaky bathrooms,
noisy aircons.
Rooms are not serviced or cleaned on a daily basis, towels were not changed or replaced even after asking. Our sheets were not changed for at least a week, as the rust stain and tear remained in the exact same spot for over a week.
The staff were rude and unfriendly to say the least. Service was poor if non-existant, took, on average, 20-30 min to be served, the same amount of time to bring out your order, which was often wrong and another 20-30 min to get your bill.
There were limited options at breakfast, coffee was cold and juice was warm.
Seating at the restaurant was restricted, with tables to front reserved on a daily basis from early morning to evening, only to remain empty.."Who were they reserved for"?????????????????
Really, save yourselves the headache and frustration and book elsewhere.

brenhellon 14/08/2017 20:49Gave this 5 stars due to the great customer service and its swimming pool. We arrived to find our travel company had forget to reserve a pre- paid room. The hotel calmly snd without fuss gave us another room and called the travel company on our behalf to sort it out. They couldn't have been more helpful. The large swimming pool was a bonus for a city centre hotel and is part of a impressive fitness area. Breakfast was in an impressive and very comfortable restaurant in a room the height of a railway terminus! The hotel rooms and communal areas are looking a bit dated and battered but everything was clean and our room although a bit small was very comfortable.
Crappiest service ever
acebex22on 14/08/2017 13:43Receiving a beverage once ordering takes more than 20 minutes. You pay a premium price for below standard service. Staff are rude, and not obliging not one bit. When they don't bring out something you have initially ordered (ice for my beverage) and you ask again there is no apology.
On one occasion while visiting the restaurant, clearly one of the wait staff had a disagreement with another staff member and came storming out of the kitchen area flinging wide open and with extreme force the hinged door which narrowly missed me. I got a big fright from the impact of the door and there was no consideration for me whatsoever. Someone should have apologized for the ruckus. I have continued to come back numerous times thinking that the service will improve but it doesn't.
Not in this occasion but 3 years ago we stayed in one of the rooms and it was not nice also.

Joseph Von 08/08/2017 16:25In the front gable some windows were broken. The lounge was promising. To get to the elevator one must climb two floors and no staff available. The rooms were small. Even when the door was closed one could see inside the room, that big chinks. The curtains were torn but the room was reasonable clean.
