All in all a good gotel

We were visiting lloret de mar in july this year. We stayed 10 days. The hotel is good, very clean, cleaning service works every day, and the towels were replaced daily. We had a nice room with nice little balcony. Location was great, in the center but very close to the beach, 2-3min walk. Food was very good, the only thing that was missing were vegetables in the morning, I recommend they add it to the breakfast. Other things that bothered me is that you need to pay everything extra: refrigerator, safe, parking, even water at the dinner. I thing these things should be included. All in all it was good.

Everything in this hotel is bad
No wifi in rooms , very old hotel , food is bad , light in room very low , it is less than one * hotel , i stayed there for 7 days and it was the worst , don't go there

Good hotel. Worth for the money

The room was clean, tidy, but beds not the best. Our room was with poor view of the back side of the hotel. Good wifi.

The best part of the hotel is the food.
Diferent and tasty food. Large chouse of salads, mean food (sea food, fish, diferent meats, tortilias, pizzas),good sweats and much fruits. Espesally pineapple.

The swing pool was small but clean.

Great value for money and excellent staff

Fantastic value for money with the all-inclusive regime and excellent service from the staff especially Gerard, Silvia and Jose Luis. I would highly recommend the hotel for young people. The only improvement would be that the food could be slightly improved, but overall a great hotel and I would definetly return again.

Don't know who rates these hotels but definitely not a 4* , when we first arrived there was not sign on the front of hotel it only said 'Hotel' wet useful especially at 3am ! Then to make matters worse they were bit expecting us till the following day , still do not know how this happened , my self and 3 kids had to share 2 single beds ,This was only for the first night & the staff were very apologetic (still not sure who fault that was) Any way the hotel its self was a disappointment very dated in desperate need of TLC & a shower that works ! Shower is an old style mixer via taps which you have to stand and hold while showering ! Hotel was clean & food was your typical all inclusive meals however must food was not labelled which is always a worry . Staff were all very nice & very helpful which made the stay pleasant in that respect however I would not choose to go back to this hotel .
