Chris Son 30/08/2017 11:32The Hotel was easy to find in the hustle of Hamburg as it is almost opposite the main railway station. Excellent breakfast and service, the room was a good standard if a little small. The pool / Spa are is Excellent.
For a weekend away with a loved one or alone to relax this is a great place to be.

B M Kon 26/08/2017 16:273 Days in Hamburg arrived by train from Frankfurt and you only have to head for Kirchenallee street exit and there right in front of you is the hotel.I found the room to be very clean and well-laid out. Twin beds with super soft mattress with large down pillows ensuring a restful sleep are travel.The hotel breakfast included in our tariff was also a smorgasbord delight a super layout of great healthy foods and cereals to the traditional eggs and great German meats. The Hotel adjacent dining room also offers a great selection of typical German mains and desserts at a fair price. The front and back staff were also of a very high standard One of the best stays in a long time. My only adverse comment is allowing hotel guest to smoke around the entrance to the Lobby, arriving guests have to encounter a wall of second-hand cigarette smoke.

loreeng2015on 17/08/2017 04:39We were only staying one night unfortunately. We picked this hotel for it's great location - straight opposite the Central Station. So when we had to catch the train to Fredercia, it was straight across the road. We had a lovely room, unfortunately it wasn't air conditioned, and I think it will soon need refurbishing, but it wasn't shabby just needs more modernizing. Lucky for us it wasn't too hot. The buffet breakfast was very good. They have a great pool with slide, which we would have used if staying longer. It was very easy to walk to virtually everything we needed to see. Also they offer free public transport tickets for the bus and train, so that was a great bonus. The staff were very easy to talk to, and help us out.
Great location and breakfast
rohitkumar0704on 08/08/2017 18:53I visited the hotel for a night on my way to Skagen. The hotel location is fabulous with the Central Station right across the road. The hotel also had a car parking but charged separately for it. The best part was when the hotel offered a pass which could be used for public transports for 72 hours. For quick tourists like me this was very helpful since I did not have to spend time to analyse the best ticket options.
The staff was courteous and the rooms were clean and spacious. They did not include electric kettles (which is common in parts of Europe I understand), but it was provided to us upon request. The hotel also included access to their sauna, swimming pool, deck etc. The hotel has a great breakfast spread with a live omelette counter (this is not common in parts of europe)!
I would strongly recommend this hotel to tourists visiting Hamburg for its location, amenities and breakfast.

Irina Aon 30/07/2017 22:59A pleasant and comfortable hotel, with highly efficient and friendly staff who can help you solve even some unusual little daily problems. The breakfast was good. The free public transportation tickets are a great feature.
