JohnCWithwickon 25/07/2017 17:21I don't where to start with this place. Firstly there was building going on which was incredibly noisy. But add to that this tired shabby little hotel had the worst customer service I have ever seen experienced.
Everybody was an utter jobsworth and downright rude.
To top it all off, my friend sat on some crappy flowers. And none of us though anything about it. The damage was pitiful and hardly noticeable. But the hotel complained to our whole group then charged €50 for the "damage". We were all in shock. It's surreal. Flowers grow. That's what they do. You have paid £10 down B&Q for really nice flowers.
The place is an utter disgrace. Some photos attached of Thai dreadful little hole.
Handy location for Strasbourg
Carmen Bon 20/10/2016 22:30Clean hotel at a very reasonable price compared to the more daring ones for Strasbourg, which is only a short drive away.
The room wasn't very big, specially having a third bed in, but was a comfortable stay for two nights. The balcony had seen better days as the floor had bits of moss growing on. Our room overlooked the swimming pool and the restaurant and we thought it might be noisy but, maybe, the lack of fun in the pool and customers at the restaurant was down to the rainy weather.
Haven't used the restaurant and not had much to do with the staff, in fact, we only used the back door (after checking in) for loading and unloading the car.
Outdated, But polite restaurant crews
Clef Ringor Bon 11/10/2016 12:07This is an Outdated hotel, but I must say that restaurant chef's and crews are very polite and accommodated. They helped me a lot with all my requests and prepared us a special menu when we arrived. It is a good hotel, (value for money) though it needs a lot of improvements * renovations. Foods are OK as per the europe standards. I stayed there for 4 Nights and all went well.
Worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
geoneomeomanon 08/10/2016 18:57We're just traveling back from a croatian coach holiday and we stayed at this at best 1 star hotel in Haganeu near Strasbourg, if I could give it no stars I would as the only thing it deserves a 1 for is that at least we weren't sleeping on the streets. It is so out dated it beggars belief, doesn't look like it's been touched in 30 years, the decor was dated, furniture dated, cleanliness not existent. I ordered 2 coffees, which were tiny and cost me €7 , in case people think, can't really be that bad I've included photos from our room. I would not recommend this poor excuse of a hotel to anyone. Ever.... oh, before I forget. No British TV channels, no tea making facilities in room, no cooked breakfast in morning, no bacon, no sausage, no cereals. Just bad beyond belief...
Good hotel

It would be a wonderful hotel if half of the room would be finish to be renovate.
If you are lucky, you will get a new room, if not, it will be an old room, not bad but old one.
Also, it was sad for the price that we don't get access at the indoor pool and sauna...because it's in renovation.
So, right now, i would say the hotel doesn't deserve the price but as soon as the full hotel will be over to be renovate, it will be an awesome one
