Superb value for money

We stayed half-board, which, by the end of the stay, we felt represented superb value for money.
The hotel is clean, bright and well presented, with an excellent central location to the little port/promenade - only a minute's walk from the gorgeous beach.
We were not only impressed by the hard-working and genuinely friendly staff, the breakfast and dinners we had every day were fresh, tasty and plentiful.
The twin room we had was a good size, with a little balcony for relaxing in, or hanging your beach things to dry. We appreciated having a little fridge for storing our own drinks. The shower's water temperature and pressure was good at any time that we used it. There was a problem with the in-room hairdryer, but Francisca in reception sorted this out by the next morning without any problems or prompting.
We found this hotel and the area in general to have a very relaxed atmosphere. Thanks to the professional and efficient staff who worked so hard to make this possible: Samantha, Pedro, the Xiscos and Juan, and all the others whose names we didn't catch :)

Return trip to CSJ and this hotel

Enjoyed staying here again on a return trip with friends. Staff are helpful throughout the hotel with the bar staff being the standout team.

The rooms are comfortable and clean with a balcony that is useful to dry off your beach clothes and towels.

The rooms are unchanged from my last visit 5 years ago so the familiarity was nice but does mean the bedding looks a little dated.

I could hear the people in the room next to me a lot which I did not notice on my previous stay. This may be down to the location on this trip. It did feel a little personal to hear them in their bathroom and as they settled for the night and woke in the morning.

Wi-Fi is good throughout the hotel. The small fridge in the room is handy for keeping drinks and snacks cool.

I was not impressed to be offered the use of the room safe at a cost of 3 Euros per day. I think this should be a free service or at the most 3 Euros per stay.

Breakfast is served in the bar dining area overlooking the marina which is a lovely way to start the day. The selection of yoghurt, cereal, a few hot items, cold meat, cheese and pastries is pleasant but not outstanding. The staff keep the offerings topped up during the wide breakfast serving window.

Bar staff are very friendly and the bar selection is extensive. Their cocktails are a nice treat including the Lemar mojito using local drinks as a base in place of rum.

A lovely place on the marina/port beach with access to numerous restaurants and cafes within a few minutes walk.

Excellent location - great value for money

I have to start by saying that we didn't stay here this time whilst visiting Colonia Sant Jordi, however, a group of our friends stayed here. So we not only spent time in their rooms, but also the restaurant and bar area. You have to really love Lemar with one of the best locations in Sant Jordi and really super friendly staff. We spent many nights with our friends drinking out the front of Lemar's bar area with stunning views across the bay. I have to give a special thanks to Eurellio (hope that's spelt right) for his excellent service and attention. He always remembers us and makes you feel so welcome - like coming home to family. We inspected the rooms and could see a fast improvement since we had last stayed here and the bed mattresses actually felt a lot softer than they use to be. Rooms are not overly large, but adequate and bathrooms are basic. Our friends occupied a room on the side street with small balcony, however, the front rooms overlooking the beach have very large outdoor balcony areas and amazing. We ate a few times at the restaurant with our friends and have to say it represents very good value for money. For only 14 Euro's you had a huge selection of fresh local produce on display and again a massive improvement from our last visit. The waiters are amazing and work very hard clearing all the plates etc and keeping all the guests happy.

Great location, walking distance from beach and many restaurants. Good variety for breakfast (included in your stay). Great water pressure (shower), very clean. Across from bike/ kayak rentals. Staff was very accommodating. Overall, great service.

Just come back today my wife and I loved it, had read the bad reviews only but I think the people who moaned about that place would moan about anything. The staff, food and cleaning was excellent. Only tip would be to upgrade to sea view as we did, evening and morning views great
