Eugen Non 10/01/2017 09:05We have arrived at Bansko on the 28th of December and acommodated at Evelina Palace Hotel. We had a wonderful vacation there both at Evelina and Bansko.
The hotel is very warm, the service is very pleasant and the New Year's Eve was outstanding. The food was very well prepared and tasty, the shows were very nice. Nice music, nice atmosphere, nice company. The hotel pool and gym are very well maintained and the water was very warm.

filomena741on 19/09/2016 19:59We spent 4 days in september. The apartment had a wiev in a back yard, so, it was very quite, sunny. Everything in this hotel was good. Swimming pool was very clean and we used every day. All the services were good.

Jmw136on 28/02/2016 12:23Although basic, room was a good size and clean.. Approx 10 min walk to gondola station with a minibus drop off in morning and pick up in afternoon. Breakfast was acceptable.

ZoeB2141on 24/02/2016 17:43The hotel is fine, everywhere is very clean so cannot be faulted in that respect. The outside looks lovely but the rooms are a bit dated. TVs are old and difficult to find channels on, the wifi doesn't work, maybe in the reception area but we didn't bother to try. The communal areas seem OK, didn't use them or the pool as there were always lots of children running around and lots of notices with rules on about wearing caps etc. The garden area looked nice too, but again didn't use. We were booked as bed and breakfast but the coffee and other drinks were un-drinkable (and I'm really not that fussy) and is only served 8-10, at 10 everything is removed whether you're still eating or not. So We ate out every day. Good shuttle bus to and from the ski area, the driver was always prompt. Overall a reasonable base for a holiday but definitely not the 4 * it states. Don't expect frills or tip top service, it doesn't seem to be the Bulgarian way.
