Dirty room
Tommy Mon 23/05/2017 19:27Rooms hallway smell like smoke. My room was dirty, doors and dinning area was greasy.
Room had a haze of filth in it! Bathroom was almost clean!!!
However the front desk was very pleasant and helpful.
Maybe they need more housekeepers.
Bug problems
Oathlp77on 14/05/2017 01:59The stay was terrible and I was quite uncomfortable, there was a serious bug problem in the room for the 2 days that I was there. Especially the first day, though they gave a great effort to eliminate the bugs, there were still bugs the next night.
Extremely dated, unsafe, broken, smelly and unlivable
praveenkjhaon 11/05/2017 20:09Entire hotel smells. It reeks of smoke all over, the corridors, the so-called non-smoking rooms, everywhere. It has old carpet, old bed, old flooring, broken doors and furniture. It's suffocating. I had booked for three nights but had to leave after the first night. I was so disgusted, I didn't even bother to look at their breakfast. I just couldn't take it. Everything is so dated, it feels unsafe. I can't believe they let this hotel operate at all. And it is not the story of one room, it's the entire hotel. This hotel is beyond repair. It needs to be torn down and rebuilt from ground up. Prices are low but there are other cheap hotels where you don't feel sick the moment you enter the hotel. Extended Stay America was a huge disappointment on my very first stay. Hopefully others are not this terrible. Please do everyone a favor and shut down this one until you rebuild.
Note: Customer service was fine. No complaints there. It's not the people. It's just the building and everything else.

Jay Mon 22/04/2017 14:12Great room...very clean! The location is good and near the main highway, I-85. Great check-in and check out process. Breakfast was good as well! The staff was great and parking is free! I would stay here again!
Nice place, quiet and friendly staff
Kpinwncon 17/03/2017 00:50I took a gamble and booked a great rate thru AAA. I usually stay away from extended stay places but I gave it a try. Great location away from the interstate, friendly staff, clean rooms, fairly new place.
