2 Room suite with queen bed, opted for the daily cleaning, room was spotless on arrival, kitchen well equipped, fast internet with no dropouts, convenient parking.
Daily cleaning restored the room to spotless every day.
Check in and check out was fast and easy.
Reservation on Extended Stay America website was quick and simple.

Rude,disrespectful Manager

I recently stayed here . Dispute the rude guy that checked me in . I decided to stay a second night. I called the manager first thing in the A.M and he upgraded me to a better room. I ordered delivery food that afternoon. In which was taking way too long. So I cancelled it. The manager Peter then called me saying get my stuff out of the room. And he was charging my credit card for the delivery that still came. Also he was still charging me for a night in which I never stayed there.This hotel is no good. Rude staff, management.

Not a good place to stay

They cancelled our reservation even though we didn't ask them to. They were booked when we got there and weren't helpful at all. Didn't want to call the manager to help us. Took a smoking room instead and although I wasn't expecting much, we didn't get much. Manager finally let us stay in the room, but made me feel as if he was doing us a great favor and that he was being inconvenienced.

Comfortable Stay

We stayed here over Halloween, room was a great size and kitchenette was very handy. There was a distinctive smoke smell on our floor which was the the only down fall to this room. The laundry room was handy but the the machine doesnt dissolve the powder very well. Smooth check in process. Very nice stay thankyou.

It was definitely a nice stay and the rooms were super clean. The staff was very kind and i loved the fact we had a kitchen in the room. I would definitely stay here again as well as referring others to stay.
