I didn't want to leave!
Prachi201604on 14/08/2017 18:28I think this hotel was the first place that made me happy since we arrived in Massachusetts. We were very tired and jet lagged when we came and we wanted to get to the room and rest. Sally, who gave us our room key helped us through out the trip, from helping out with the wi fi to suggesting restaurants and other places to go.
When we got to the room, it was set up very nicely and gave us comfort and rest. I think the three problems through out the trip were the sound from the AC, thin walls and smell of smoke in the hallways. We noticed all of these on the first day. The AC was very loud, the walls and doors were very thin (which could be very annoying at night) and despite the fact that we asked for a non smoking room, the hallways smelt like smoke. We could deal with all these problems as they didn't really affect our pleasant stay.
It was great that we could get towels from down stairs, there was a vending machine, laundry machine and breakfast in the morning but I do wish there was a gym or something. It was near few restaurants and shops so it was easy to go places.
Throughout out stay, Judy, Sally and Christine were very helpful at the front desk. I think the staff member who helped us a lot with the mechanical stuff was Mike. Not sure about the name. Suzanne cleaned our room and put a nice room refresher every time. She was a delight to see everyday because she was always smiling!
I didn't read the reviews until few days before checking out and I wondered why people were complaining. Maybe the staff and cleanliness did improve.I feel that other guests also were having a good time as they would also have smiles on their faces and were pleasant to meet and greet.
Over all I think I had a great time and I would love to come back! I strongly recommend others to also come in stay here!

Shawn Gon 01/08/2017 16:32Fridge and air conditioner were noisy. It was just a basic room with comfortable beds. Nice pub at the end of the road but not many grocery or eating establishments that are very close to the hotel. No frills and be aware that breakest is just packaged muffins and your room is only cleaned by housekeeping if you stay longer than three days.
Read the reviews
CNY-Tripperon 31/07/2017 16:29I picked this hotel at the spur of the moment without doing much research. I looked for a cheap place for one night on the road. I should have read the other reviews first. I was put in a smoking room with no interest access. Found the staff to barely acknowledge my presence. I blame myself. For $10 more I could have stayed at the Courtyard.
Disappointed
A1356ZUchrispon 30/07/2017 16:08The two main factors in selecting this hotel were wifi internet access and breakfast. Both fell short. I cannot believe an "extended stay" hotel would not have a working internet connection, but there was none during my stay. The breakfast was a poor selection of prepackaged foods not even equivalent to a convenience store stop. I expected a Holiday Inn Express or Hampton Inn and got a Motel 6.
Should be non smoking or told otherwise.

If you want to offer smoking rooms then put all the smokers on the 3rd floor and let them enjoy their stay. I don't want to expose my kids to that second hand smoke if it can be avoided.
