Could be better
meche608on 23/06/2017 07:11The hotel/grounds were well kept, as was the pool. I went during a heat wave and was glad to have that pool! There isn't a shower anywhere near the pool though; don't know why the sign asks guests to shower before jumping in if there is no shower!
The room looked decent and clean but when I wiped at the floor to clean up a few drops of juice my son spilled, the wipe turned black! Yuck.. I wet a clean towel and cleaned the floor myself and had to throw the towel in the trash afterwards. There was hair all over the bathroom floor... another yuck moment.
When I called for kitchen supplies, I was told to go down and get them myself. I wouldn't have minded but I had to drag my 1 and 2 yr old toddlers with me to get them.. 3 trips, no one thought to give me a hand. When I finally got to use them, I discovered the untensils were rusty and couldn't use them.
Internet service was so choppy I didn't bother.
Overall, it was ok. I wouldn't go back though.
Unexpected - Totally Caught Off Guard
marytaylorbon 16/06/2017 17:22Didn't know that Extended Stay had limited services and pay as you go approach to housekeeping. Imagine my surprise when I came back to the room after 12 hrs of business meetings to find the bed unmade, trash baskets not emptied, the two wet towels not picked up. Also the desk phone when dialed goes directly to voice mail. When I asked about housekeeping I was told it is only done 1/week and on changeover of the room. Daily service could be done for $10/day. If the web site described this and the room price reflected the limited services I would have been OK because I would be informed and it would be my choice. However I feel taken, I had the choice of 2 other hotels with expected services but selected Extend because it was 2 miles closure to client site.
Stinky stay
barbaramC4443OTon 09/06/2017 17:41The room and hallways stunk the odor was so bad we had to keep windows open. Bathtub was clogged several times. Dirty remotes. They never cleaned our room. We always had to ask for clean towels and supplies. The staff was friendly there was no gym. The pool was not open for the first couple of days. Could not use laundry area due to not functioning properly. Breakfast was a joke
Comfortable stay and great sleep

As usual great place - clean amd
comfortable. Had enough parking, medium sized pool.
The staff were friendly, bed was amazing as well. Overall very pleased and good value for moneyz
Needs updating
SupernPHYon 05/06/2017 00:57The good: Staff were friendly, and helpful. When they did clean it was lovely.
The bad: Room smelled all week of rotten food, and could not get the smell to go away. The rooms were quite dated, paint was peeling the the bathroom. The refrigerator opened from the wrong direction, there was house keeping only once during my trip and no items to clean up with.
