Good Value
Hheyimheidion 27/06/2017 18:34Great value for overall stay. Location was close to the wedding I was going to. I loved the pool and the free oatmeal & nature valley bars they provided in the morning. The room was large and clean. The check-in and check-out were seamless.
Crumbs and stains on bed
Meegan Pon 25/06/2017 16:02Multiple layers of crumbs on pull out sofa! Asked to switch- no rooms- offered to vacuum but they couldn't take care of the stains. The air did not work well- makes excessive noise. Avoid room 201! Breakfast was a coffee bar- no food
Extended Stay America feed back
arrudamendesdon 19/06/2017 16:59Bath tub was clogged and kitchen smelling garlic, but the bedroom was clean and the rest of the room was very clean. The hotel had a simple breakfast coffee and muffins but enough for me. The reception desk was very friendly and helpful.
Do not stay here!
shalecoon 17/06/2017 01:33This is one of the worst hotels I've ever encountered in all of my travels. I really wanted to give this place a single star review, but I upgraded to two due to the breakfast/coffee options and the manager's offer to refund me and let me check out early. I unfortunately booked a three-night stay. The hotel attracts some unsavory characters, as well as a younger party crowd. The beds are very uncomfortable, and the sofa beds are so bad they are beyond belief. When the sofa bed is folded out, you barely have room to walk, and you can literally feel the hard beams and the springs in the bed, no matter which position or area of the bed you try to sleep on. I'm fairly certain a boxspring would have slept better. In addition, there is only one elevator for the entire building. I could hear every word that was said outside, and was prevented from going to sleep, as what seemed to be a large group was outside in the pool/table area talking late at night. After they left, I was again disturbed by another group at around 2:30 AM. When I wasn't hearing people outside talking, I was listening to the squealing of the refrigerator and the rattling noises of the AC. When I initially complained nicely to the front desk clerk, she was unapologetic and blew me off. She said that she could switch my room, but there was no guarantee that it would be any better. Whaaat? Why would I pack all of my stuff up just to move to a place that may not be any better? Absolutely ridiculous. The next morning, I complained to the manager, and she again offered to switch my room, but insisted that I had one of the best rooms, and that it may not be any better. This blows my mind. If I had one of the best rooms, I'd hate to experience the other rooms! She eventually offered to refund me for all three nights, after my nightmare of a first night. However, I did not have my laptop with me (and the hotel has no business center), and had plans in Boston for the day. I spent about five minutes searching on my phone for another hotel that morning, then had to leave for Boston. Because I didn't find anything that morning in the few minutes I looked, I sucked it up and stayed here. The grab and go breakfast is perfectly fine. The muffins they have are actually really good, and it's nice to be able to grab a granola bar for a snack later. The hotel actually offers a dark roast coffee, which was decent and unusual for hotel chains. Still, I'd never recommend this place. I still think I deserve a refund for at least the first night there, as it was a total disaster. The other nights were pretty awful too, but I do appreciate the early exit the manager offered, even though I was unable to take her up on it. The most unbelievable thing about this property is definitely the sofa bed. I cannot believe they'd even consider putting a bed like this into a hotel room. I wouldn't even make my dog sleep on a bed like that. Oh and my room had this horrible garlic smell that I could not get rid of. It was still lingering even on the third morning.
Extended stay shouldnt mean bare minimum
baddikshun09on 16/06/2017 21:09The room smelled HORRIBLE. The housekeeping staff DID NOT clean the room good before i got there. There was clumps of lint and dust in the a/c preventing it from working properly. I had to put a work order in for it. There were stains all over the walls in the kitchen, bathroom and near the bed. The mirrors were filthy and the toilet had brown stains in it (could have easily been removed with lite cleaning). I had to come in with bleach and hot water to CLEAN what should have already been cleaned!! I had to rewash all the sheets and the shower curtain as they smelled like mildew and strong cologne. They also had hair in them. I understand that this is an extended stay, but that doesnt mean that standards have to be brought down to bare minimum. I DID like the fact that the room entrance was inside the building as oppose to outside. It was also quiet where my room was. I was in the corner on the top floor if that makes a difference. They also have a pool which I didn't expect. From an extended stay. The staff was very friendly as well.
