mohammedmE720LHon 19/07/2017 19:40Terrible hotel and very rude staff. Manager is worst. We booked this hotel for kitchen facilities and we were provided with none. We booked 3 hotels with kids and elderly people and had to sleep overnight with no food becoz we were provided with no cooking vessels. Worst hotel to stay. Instead I would prefer a motel which offers decent rooms than to stay here.
Not worth it
ERIC Son 17/07/2017 17:02I stay at a variety of hotels several times each year. For rooms in this price range, this hotel is not up to par. It has inferior accommodations and amenities. I should have done a better job of looking at the hotel details before I booked it. No pool, no exercise room, sub par breakfast, sub par technology. Carpet in room was sticky. Internet was slow and had connectivity issues (you have to pay extra for a better connection) and no HDTV. Also had to ask for soap, shampoo and a coffee pot. This may be the standard for an extended stay hotel, just not my cup of tea for the price. Staff at hotel were polite and helpful.

O5752HCshirleyhon 13/07/2017 12:40Was very disappointed in hotel all together for the amount of money charged this hotel could have been more modern, tidy, clean, no shampoo, not enough towels, toilet paper and toilet bowl was dirty inside. Yuck! Did complain and wanted another room but no rooms left. Not staying here again. Noisy all night long.
Horrible experience at extended stay buffalo Amherst
anils397on 12/07/2017 07:54We have much worst experience in Extended stay Amherst and we escalated this to extended stay manager also.
Issues faced :
1. As mentioned in the booking they are providing break fast for the customers whereas they didn't provided, when we try to discuss about breakfast at front desk lady. She abused me like any thing which is not at all correct.
2. Another issue is with Bed Bugs, we all were suffered and bed bugs bites us and our childrens cried lot because of this. Still he is not feeling good and crying lot.
The same has been explained to extended stay manager, he did cash back to us.
Worthless for the money

Son 04/07/2017 19:39I booked 2 rooms, however: * Thrash was not cleaned from previous occupant * Carpet was very dirty * No utensils in kitchen * No shampoo or soap in the bathroom * Nobody available to provide them, and I have to run to the reception to pick each item multiple times * NO BREAKFAST IN THE MORNING BECAUSE IT WAS HOLIDAY --- how funny ! *--- Cannot add more... I am tired...
