DON'T DO IT!!! ghetto!! wifi was down my entire stay and i stayed for work so i had to leave and use another hotels wifi. the room looked like a crime scene the carpet was disgusting and i had to wear socks the whole time. the bed was the smallest hotel bed i have ever seen, one size up from a twin. The covers were old and dirty looking i used my own. Overall the room just looked and felt gross no updates, ,the air was very bootleg and hard to control the room was freezing. The nightstand and room furniture was super raggedly. the room had nothing in it like coffee machine, extra blanket, and the pillows were like throw pillows. I had to sleep on those tiny little baby pillows. overall you all are wrong for having that place open looking that bad. i want my money back but by the looks of the place they need every last penny. overall i would give them a -14 but there are no negative options when selecting the number of stars.

Place was cute and clean. Great for lengthy stay and overnight. Don't follow Google. .lol they take you on a tour...staught off 75 the priceline price I got was perfect...no pool or gym but I was just staying overnight.

Bad surprises

My friend got a killer deal at this hotel, which only serves to reinforce the old adage: if it seems too good to be true... We showed up with time to spare before the concert that night at Pine Knob. At the front desk was a handwritten sign that said it would be $20 extra for two beds. Meanwhile, my friend had booked it through a booking service, and called the hotel on top of that to make sure we would have two beds. A desk staff assured her it would be no problem, that we should just show up and ask for two beds. No mention was made of the $20 extra. Overall, the hotel gave us a skeevy feeling. There were other guests who looked like they were on drugs, etc. The front desk staff was courteous but would not budge on the $20 extra per bed policy, though we explained that we had been told nothing about this. It seemed shifty to me. I also overheard them charge some young girls for plastic cups to take to their rooms! Goodness, it seemed like there was an upcharge for everything. We decided that we didn't want to stay there, especially not with the surprise upcharge for something as basic as a double room. Overall, we just were not comfortable there as two women traveling together. Then to add insult to injury, my friend was told she could not get refunded for 3-13 days afterward. Altogether an unpleasant experience.

The room had a weird smell and there was stuff left in the fridge from someone else. Other than that everything was good. Close to the freeway and vet convenient for going to dte energy or the palace for concerts

Dirty sheets and blanket, overall not very comfortable. Front desk was nice and welcoming to us through. Dog fee was reasonable but overall, my husband and I would not return or recommend to anyone...
