V6259PHrogerron 10/06/2017 17:26I did not like the fact my room was not cleaned every week. I especially did not like the fact that I had a fake fingernail under my bed the whole time I was there and other trash under the bed. The TV signal went out at least once a week. The price was about average for the location. Trying to get in and out of the parking lot was very difficult. The hotel was not very clean the hallways smelled of microwaved fish. Had kids running up and down the halls all hours of the night. I think some one was running a night time daycare out of their hotel room. not a good place to stay if you need rest so you can get up and go to work the next day.

LunaticEMTon 05/06/2017 19:05The room was great. Small kitchen which was awesome (stove, fridge, oven microwave). You have to ask for the plates, silverware and pots and pans from the front desk. Room was clean. Plenty of towels. Everyone was friendly!

Swimmomof4on 05/05/2017 22:28My 4 daughters are year-round competitive swimmers, so we travel a lot to swim meets.So, price is a big factor in where we stay. You can't beat the price for the amenities here at ESA-Tates Creek. We try to stay in places with kitchens and a good amount of space in the room for all of us. The rooms here are very spacious and they kitchen is big enough to cook for 6 people.We have stayed with Della and her staff at this location for 4 different occasions and have been extremely happy each time. Everyone on the staff goes out of their way to help us and make sure we have everything we need. The hotel is very quiet in the evenings, which is a bonus, since swimmers usually go to bed very early and get up very early. We have never had any incidence where we have had to call the front desk for noisy neighbors. I am glad we ask for our kitchen supplies at the front desk because then I am guaranteed they are clean and we always gets what we need. This particular location is good for us because it's only a 10 min drive to UK campus pool. We will be back again in the fall. See you then, Della.
Not what they advertised.
Cheryl Lon 11/04/2017 01:02A queen size room with kitchen. We were only staying one night but when we booked the room it said coffee maker plus a lot more in the room. You had to ask for the coffee maker, the cups, the coffee, sugar (they had no cream) and the spoons. It also said breakfast was included. That was in the lobby and consisted of a muffin, granola bar and coffee (which they didn't have ready). On the bright side the bed was comfortable. The hallways were noisy. It was not handicapped accessible.
