interesting that this hotel is located next to I-40 but no traffic noise is heard excellent that a quiet room is located that close to the highway that is the way to the celebration Very close to restaurants shopping and even a pet smart where if you need to let your dog go to day care for a while it is within walking distance Excellent location
The staff members are attentive and willing to help you in any way they can Friendly and courteous at all times even when they are swamped with people checking in or out. I believe that every room must have been filled but still quiet comfortable and clean Thank you Greta and staff when you get up in the mornings and don't feel like making your own coffee go to the breakfast area and get a fantastic cup of coffee and muffin or breakfast bar and some fresh fruit if coffee isn't your thing juices are available After a long day in the heat of Memphis the pool area is clean and refreshing

We have never been to Memphis before, and ended up at Wolfchase making reservations months ago for Elvis week. It was just what we needed. Close to I 40 but remarkably quiet. Good continental breakfast and really good coffee to start our day before we left and a pool and work out room ready when we got back. The bed is a big thing and it was firm and the linens were crisp. Housekeeping always did a good job. This was a busy week, the place was full, but we never heard the neighbors. Greta was our concierge for this trip. She really knows the area well. We stayed a week and needed a lot of guidance through the city and selection on so many restaurants. We will definitely be back. We were really glad that that our boxer buddy could stay here. A lot of people fussed over him.

I really enjoyed my stay at extended stay. Its is very well kept. The staff is very welcoming and willing to help in any situation. I loved the pool and exercise room. I am here for Elvis week and will definitely be back next year to stay at the same hotel. I would recommend to all my family and friends that visit Memphis to stay here.

Excellent hotel experience

I was recently at extended stay and really enjoyed the staff. They made me feel like I was at home. Anything I needed from the front desk the woman we're always happy friendly and ready to help. I would definitely stay again and I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting in Memphis. Very clean and cozy

No Soap Nightmare

For a hotel to be qualified as an extended stay I would expect there may be certain expectations it has to meet first. However after my overnight stay at this place I would not consider this hotel to be an extended stay let alone adequate enough to be considered a hotel.

The room was descent for one night however there was no soap, no hand soap, no dish soap (most extended stays will provide this) no bath soap, nothing! Besides the non-existing soap the room didn't include any washcloths, hand towels, or bath mat. These are all standard requirements for any hotel.

I called the front desk to ask for these basic items however after 3 tries with no answer I decided to walk to the front desk only to find out it was closed. What kind of "hotel" runs without any kind of staff present to assist guests?

My boyfriend eventually had to drive to 3 stores looking for soap so we could take a shower. And of course because there was no bath mat provide the entire floor was soaked, I had to use my one of two towels to clean it up.

Other than the lack of necessities I will say that the check in process was fast and error free and the front desk attendant was very hospitable and pleasant.
