What People are saying
Surprised and amused
lizamon62563on 21/05/2017 15:59First off, I want to say thank you to the guys that work there they are excellent! they were so helpful and I believe Dale and I believe Zach were their names were excellent so friendly every question I had he (Dale) blam had a answer to, he also shook me and my husbands hand upon seeing us just geniuine great people there. The room had minor issues which we had no problem bringing up to Dale and he and a gentleman housekeeper walked into the room and fixed everything right there in front of us so we knew we were getting a wonderful stay. This was a wonderful expierence and a welcome treat thank you to extended stay and I look forward to seeing you again
Great hotel for 2 stars.
Brenda Gon 17/03/2017 14:21For a 2 star hotel it was really nice. My room was clean, large, mini-kitchen was nice even though we didn't use it. Like the half wall that separate the sitting area and bed space. Looks newly remodelled. The front desk guy was very nice making sure we had everything we needed.
Disgusting
RedLodgeron 03/12/2016 22:51Checked in for a 1 night stay. The room is poorly lit and is dirty. The microwave is splattered with food, drawers in the kitchen dirty, wall behind the stove is greasy. The bathtub is covered with soap scum, and the remnants of someone else's bar of soap still remains. The sink and faucets are also very dirty. The windows don't lock, but locks were recently installed to prevent opening the window more than about 4 inches.
I will never stay here again.
One Night Stay
Carol Won 07/11/2016 01:28This establishment is in desperate need of updating! We were in a non smoking rook, yet the smell of smoke was overwhelming in the bathroom, so we closed the door; however, when we tried to open the bathroom door the handle came off! The smell of animals was overwhelming as you walked in the hallway. The staff, on the other hand, were very friendly and polite.
Get what you pay for--pretty gross
ashley7135on 06/11/2016 06:16Upon entering the hotel it has a funky smell. Like old cigarettes and mildew. The room didn't look terrible at first glance, nothing fancy, but hey we paid $50 on Hotwire so I wasn't expecting a 5 star experience. That being said I don't think there's really any excuse for how dirty things were. The faucet in the bathroom had stuff stuck to it, there were long black hairs in the shower and on the toilet, the bottom of the shower curtain had that gross pink bacteria stuff on it like it hadn't been washed in god knows how long, the microwave had food all over the interior. The comforter on the bed was super thin and uncomfortable, not to mention it had holes in it. Since the room had a kitchen we decided that we would go to the store and get some food to cook in the room, but of course we had problems with that. The refrigerator froze half of the stuff we put in it, and the large burner on the stove was broken. The hotel says they provide basic kitchen items so we went to the front desk to get the stuff that was listed on the card in the kitchen. They gave us 2 plates, 2 forks, a knife and a pan. No cups, bowls, spoons or dish rags that were listed. After we found out that we were supposed to wash our own dishes, we also realized they forgot to give us dish soap. On our last night there was a group of guys sitting right outside the side entrance with beer bottles lined up on the walkway and thrown throughout the landscaping, bottles of whiskey and music, like that was just a spot to hang out. I guess that's not the hotels fault, but maybe if there were any employees anywhere, including the mostly unattended front desk, they may have noticed and asked them to move the party inside. All in all it was a pretty crappy experience. I'm giving this place 2 stars because it could have been worse I guess?? Needless to say, I wouldn't stay at any Extended Stay ever again. Yuck.
