The worst hotel in Manila we've been ever into. Service is not professional and not helpful at all. They treat guests as to rip their money off. Breakfast is very bad and they never extend an hour or 2 of check-out beyond 12 although they let you wait more than an hour to check-in. (Beyond 12nn) Bad internet connection too! NEVER GO TO THIS HOTEL.

Impressive hotel at Bgc 😊 nice staying with my family for a vacation. Everyone is happy,and loves their job,and attitude is reflected on everyone who stays at the hotel.it is truly wonderful place to visit. The service is best with a concierge while i waiting for my car mr.albert very helpful best i'ved experienced he consistently making sure you are enjoying your stay and asking if they can provid any service of you. Noce staying to f1 hotel.

We decided to spend our weekend here in F1. The service and the ambience were nice. Staff were courteous. Wifi was fast. Room was clean and the pools as well. Gym was nice. Good food. Located at the heart of BGC. It's just close to malls and restaurants. Great view on our window.

Nice hotel! very accommodating staff nice food also the concierge specially Mr. Albert the service was awesome, very helpful love the smile. I recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives. Staffs were courteous, they greet guests with smile even just passing by or using the lift.

Nice hotel! Very accommodating staff's food is nice also the room and services all is friendly even in restaurant. The concierge was awesome specially Mr.Albert assisting me and my friends very friendly service was very warm really appreciated. I reccomend this hotel to my friends and relatives. All theirs smile was great. 😊
