Nice Stay
wyomingnanon 26/06/2017 05:21Stayed here one night when our departure was delayed by a day. Awesome views of the mountains. Good breakfast. Super NICE staff from front desk to maintenance. I don't know if it's the management or what but his is a great place to stay and it is much better than some 4-star hotels we've experienced. We got better price by booking directly and getting senior rate.
An extremely pleasant stay
Richard Ron 24/06/2017 14:32We decided to stop a little earlier than normal while on a road trip and stay in Chattanooga. Our stay could not have been more pleasant from the front desk staff, the room and finally to the breakfast in the morning. The beds were some of the most comfortable I have every slept on and the room, even though the hotel was completely booked was absolutely quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Chattanooga area !!!
Great place to stay
RichM53on 22/06/2017 17:23My wife and I have had the pleasure of staying at the Fairfield Inn at Lookout Mountain on three occasions in the past six months. Two of those stays were without reservations and they were able to accommodate us. Each time the staff at checkout in and check out have been extremely outgoing, pleasant and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure our needs are met. We have enough not taken advantage of the breakfast they offer because we wanted to get back on the road as quick as possible. We will stay again as we come through on our trips between Illinois and Florida. Give this hotel a try, convenient location to all the local attractions.

Heather Lon 21/06/2017 03:23We had to book here in a pinch. Rooms were clean & nice. Beds just ok. Good towels & Paul Mitchell toiletries. Front desk & housekeeping Employees were friendly & helped with whatever they could. Beautiful view from hotel of Raccoon mountain & Lookout Mountain. Indoor pool. No outdoor pool or hot tub. Breakfast was decent but they pull It right at quitting time so better go early if you want to eat. The breakfast girl (red head) seemed agitated when they were ask for anything close to quitting time. It is nice enough I would stay again for a cheaper price.
Friendly staff
Amy Won 10/06/2017 22:39We stopped here shortly after midnight for an overnight the Friday before Memorial weekend. The woman thar checked us in was a very kind and friendly soul. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice, too. My only complaint, and a very minor one, was a lack of seating options at breakfast. We ate ours on the patio and enjoyed those gorgeous mountain views!
