Pleasant, A Little "Above-Average"

Two things spoiled a pleasant stay: our room was on the eastern side, next to a construction site (discovered only when the noise of construction equipment awakened us an hour before we wanted to be awake); and (good thing we were dressed!) a housekeeping person who opened our door without knocking, two hours before check-out time! (Despite that, I'll rate "service", below, as very good, given the warmth of other staffers we encountered; however, with respect to noise, even though not the hotel's fault, the construction next door is a factor that perhaps warrants some response or deal with the contractors, or something in which the Hotel may have some options, which renders a "loud" verdict.)
Other than these, the check in was easy, quick and welcoming, the premises pleasant, the room of high quality, the carpeting apparently new, the odors good (hotel "smell" should be a category, given some "old factory" [get it??!!] odors we've got elsewhere), and the location good. A bus stop is nearby, and a mall, within walking distance, and many food options too; as well as a business center.
The breakfast was OK - not a grand fare - with some hot and cold items, both solids and liquids. It was satisfying and filling enough.
I would certainly stay here again, but would avoid the eastern side, until construction next door is over.

Exceeded Expectations!!!

I just wrapped up a 3 day trip at this hotel and I have to say it exceeded expectations! I often stayed away from Fairfield Inn because I wasn't sure if I would like the hotel chain. When I traveled in the past, the chain always looked like it was a crappy one. I actually reserved this but was going to back out at the last minute I am glad I didn't.

I can't find anything bad to say about this hotel the price was affordable, the room was clean, the breakfast was healthy and quite yummy, the staff seemed polite and very helpful. Of course being that it's not a full service hotel, there is no room service option, but the hotel is serviced by Uber Eats which i ordered two nights in a row.

I didn't take the MARTA but the station is just a short walk down the road from the hotel and there is a Publix up the road.

The gym was pretty nice and they had a regular sized pool you would expect at a non-full service hotel. Parking was plentiful as well! All and all, I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Simple stay, less than $100 for a weekend night. About 20 minutes to Atlanta Braves ballpark. Service a little spotty. Check in lady was wonderful. Bigger white dude during the day is not happy working there. He should find elsewhere to work. But otherwise a very peaceful stay.

Good Stay

This hotel was really nice and quiet. We checked in late in the evening and the girl at the front desk was super polite. Check in was easy and our room was clean. I thought our room came with a sleeper sofa, but it didn't. I called down to the front desk and they sent up a roll away. It was delivered in no time at all. Breakfast was satisfactory for a complimentary breakfast. There was a refrigerator. I would definitely stay here again.

This is our third and last stay at this particular hotel. We had internet the first night and none the next day, as well as, none in the dining area. This has happened each time we have spent the night. In additon, the kitchen is area is so cramped, thstbthere were 9 people waiting in line to mak a waffle, the plates were on top ofmthe waffle maker so no one could get in the corner to get them. The poor girl working the breakfast area had her cart in front of the area so no one could reach the food due to the cramped space. No one knew how to help on anything at the counter. Time to move to Holiday Inn Express for our stays.
