Excellent Efforts to Accommodate Our Stay
Paul Mon 02/06/2017 10:51We did a walk in to the hotel and obtained a decent price for an overnight stay. The breakfast crew made great efforts to provide for everyone opting to do breakfast there. Every thing was clean, neatly kept, and our room was easily accessible. (didn't have to trudge through the building to get to a room a the end of the hall on an upper floor)
Decent stay
timm983on 23/05/2017 15:57Stayed here for a business trip and the room was pretty nice. We had to get up very early and the staff prepared the breakfast buffet by 5am to accommodate us. Very nice! Hope to come back some time soon and stay longer.

gary Bon 13/05/2017 02:22Hate this. So difficult to be critical of any hotel, but here we we go. Had to shout twice for a desk person at 1:00 PM for my check in.
She checked me in. When I asked if there was a shuttle, she pointed to a table and said "all you need is on that table". I asked again about the shuttle. Then she said "no shuttle".
Okay, I went with that.
I returned in the early evening. Stopped at the desk to see about restaurants. No one at the front desk.
Found one on Trip Advisor.
Crazy Horse Steak House was amazing. Will return whenever I am in the Holland area.
So, returned from dinner after 9:00. Wanted to find a glass of wine nearby. A fellow came from the kitchen area and sent me to the amazing Hampton next door.
I went to the room.
The curtains are ornamental and do not close.
A brilliant street light was flooding my room with light.
I improvised a closing devise to close the ornamental curtains. If I hadn't, the room would have been flooded with light. The only closing curtains were sheer filmy things.
Then the fun began. Loud raucous folks started running up and down the halls pounding on doors. They continued until after midnight.
I tried to call the front desk for help, but nobody answered.
When I tried to find someone to discuss this with when I left, surprise, nobody was within hearing of the front desk.
I called out twice and gave up.
Sorry Marriott. I have had many visits with you. This one was bad

suelew4orangeandblueon 02/05/2017 23:54Started the morning off at this Fairfield with a FANTASTIC breakfast thanks to Jeremiah!!! All breakfast stations were freshly prepared and full of a variety of meal offerings. And the breakfast area was spotless! So nice to start the day with such a nice enjoyable meal.

Rutharonion 10/04/2017 21:31This hotel has been around awhile and you can tell they have tried to update it but maybe could have used a better company to do the work and a few things looked a little sloppy. However, everything was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We used the pool and hot tub and they were both nice. The breakfast was good as well. We enjoyed our night there.
