We checked in this hotel as it was right off of I95 on our way to Florida. We did not have a reservation, so just walked in. They checked us in quickly, gave us a military discount and even had upfront parking spots specifically reserved for Military vets! We had a room on the 1st floor near the ice machine which was very much handy for our needs leaving the next morning. Breakfast was about what you expect for free, waffle maker, eggs and omelets, oatmeal and cereals, bagels, fruit yogurt etc. all were good and we enjoyed a quick sit down breakfast before hitting the road. Our room was clean, we check the beds no matter where we stay for bed bugs, absolutely not a sign of them. Showers were clean and hot. We only were there basically a few hours as we checked in late and left fairly early, but nonetheless it was fine. The staff was friendly. Will remember this location for future trip needs.

My family and I were in town for a funeral.
First let me say that I travel quite often. I will say 10- 20 times a year. My hotel stays include mid range to expensive depending on whether it's business or leisure.

Everything was top notched from the time we got there until the time we checked out. The manager, Tracy, was very polite, professional, and "cheerful." Yes! Her attitude and personality was golden. Not to mention her attentiveness! Wow! Her eagerness to help, her concern about our stay, and the way that she went out of her way to make us feel welcome was amazing.

During my time @ the Business Center, I overheard her working with Assistant Manager McGaw, who by the way is also a Standout! She asked if I needed anything and told me to let them know if I needed anything. I love the fact that even though they were busy, they were still showing great customer service. I did need help and Mrs. McGaw assisted me. She was dressed professionally, Super polite, and helpful. She displayed awesome personality and was very eager to help. I have never experienced such caring and professional support during a stay. I have traveled all over the United States, and this is by far the BEST!!! Hands down! Even the staff who were managing the rooms were polite, went out of there way to please, and were very courteous. The cook was very nice and displayed a bright and happy personality. Not to mention the breakfast was great!

We will definitely be staying here again. The hotel areas were clean and very inviting. Bravo to the hotel management and staff! Made my week!

One Night Stay

Not the best Fairfield Inn but was okay for a one night stay. Rooms are a bit dated and the wifi connection was really slow and kept disconnecting. The first room we were given smelled bad--damp and moldy. We requested a second room and luckily one was available. The front desk person never cracked a smile, never apologized, never made polite conversation. We left for dinner and came back and our room keys did not work, the front desk finally apologized and cracked a smile. Breakfast was chaotic but the ladies who worked the breakfast were as polite and friendly as can be. The breakfast area was oddly designed--one waffle machine in a odd corner that was in a really tight space and really no where for people to wait in line.

Would stay here again if the price is right.

There are not enough accolades in the English language to describe Ms. Courtney McGaw. Her hospitably, professionalism and efficient manner saved a souring family vacation.

Our family of eight spent a pleasurable week visiting several southern states and we were due to fly out of Savannah International Airport. After we returned our rental cars, we learned that our flight was cancelled because of storms in our home state, New York, and no other airline was flying out to New York until the next day.

My family, including three small children, was stranded in the airport. I was overwhelmed and in a state of panic. My husband arbitrarily contacted the Fairfield inn & Suite by Marriott at Savannah Airport and handed me the phone. From the moment the phone was answered, all my anxieties melted away . The hotel personnel assured me that I was not stranded and they had my back, that is, I was assured that I was not in this alone. I was given efficient instructions on how to reserve my rooms and a hotel van was sent to get us in less than five minutes.

Once we entered the comforting and inviting hotel lobby, we met Courtney McGaw. With a welcoming smile and professional efficiency, she accommodated our every request and put smiles on the faces of ever family member. In addition, every member of the hotel staff was extremely warm and courteous. I can only imagine that working with Courtney as a supervisor brings out the best in people.

The following day we learned that our flight was cancelled again, and despite having a large bus group coming into the hotel that day, Ms. McGaw made arrangements for my family yet again. As the bus group came in, I witnessed Courtney and her staff servicing these people with the same level of warmth and professionalism as my family experienced. Because of our experience with Ms. Courtney Mc Gaw and her staff, The Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott will always be the hotel chain of choice when the Campbell Clan plans a vacation.

I stayed @ Fairfield Inn with my 16yr daughter and a few of her closest friends, and really enjoyed our stay. Upon arrival, we had to wait until our rooms were cleaned, yet the staff were very accommodating. I especially want to commend Courtney McGraw,AGM & Danette Johnson, Front Desk Supv. for "going above and beyond" to make sure our needs were met. The housekeeping staff and the breakfast attendants were also very kind and hospitable. No doubt, the girls and I will be staying at Fairfield during our next visit to Savannah!
