Amazing staff!
Emma Son 15/06/2017 15:37We have been staying here for 3 days now and Marcie and Brandy have been amazing!!! They are the absolute sweetest and have been beyond helpful to us in our stay so far! The front staff have also been very nice and accommodating! But beyond a doubt Brandy and Marcie made this stay very memorable!

sunbrightroseon 04/06/2017 17:07I spent 10 days in Saginaw recently while my Dad was in St Mary's Hospital ICU. I chose to stay at Fairfield Inn Marriott since it is close to hospital (~5 miles). When I arrived I wasn't sure how long I would stay. I am a small business owner so needed to keep my ongoing work for clients progressing, even during the challenging circumstances. The staff could not have been more courteous and helpful, from accommodating my variable schedule, rooms for family members if needed, photocopies, and extra water, etc, with their kind words and customer-service professionalism. Thank you to Erica, Kevin, Michelle, Mary, Marcie, Stephanie, Kassidy, Tiffany and Arlie.

travelangon 26/05/2017 03:41Very nice place to stay for the price. Super helpful front desk staff. He went out of his way to make our stay nice, even though he was experiencing a stressful evening due to some other guests. Clean, comfortable, and convenient from highway.

The full breakfast they advertised seemed more Motel 6 than what I expect a Marriot hotel to serve. 2. The room A/C would not run on low fan or automatic. The manager did offer to find me another room, but it was not that big of a deal.
Overall a very nice stay.
Nice location to the Mall
howard Bon 08/05/2017 23:23Stayed here on Friday May 5th. Arrived late evening but was able to check in without any delay. The room was on the ground floor, very clean and neat. Bed was a king. It was comfortable and had good pillows. The cable TV free channel selection was OK. The HD flat screen TV gave an impressive picture quality. The room had a coffee maker, microwave oven, and refrigerator. Bathroom was separate from room. The Fashion Square Mall was just across the road.
