Great place and relaxing
kprevoon 11/06/2017 16:48Our condo had everything we needed; but my favorite was the screened in porch; lots of space to spread out inside; close to the pool; so many other activities too like nature trails, marina, recreational center. If you boat, this place would be heaven. Plus you can fish in a ton of locations around the lake. My kids loved it here. Great get away from the city. This place is nestled in the woods and secluded. Love it

jlttkson 25/05/2017 22:12My daughter lives in the fair play area. She suggested when we come for her wedding, we stay at the Fairfield plantation. Boy, We are all happy we did! What beautiful accommodations! Great prices! Swimming pool and Beach right next to us. They had all different sizes and kinds of accommodations. The prices were fair. The check in area was somewhat hard to find, but the guards at the gates are helpful. Yes..it is gated and safe. I would recommend and we WILL stay again. You must book at least 2 days...but you will want to!

KEAYSTLon 27/04/2017 14:03This part of Wyndham exchange. The unit was a 2 bath, three bedroom t hat sleeps 8. We used it as a base. No manner w :) at you intend to do, it is a 10 mile drive or more to a facility. Great if all you want is golf. We were there during bad weather and there are no sidewalks. The pool is part of the country club. The timeshare is located in a gated community where majority are home owners.

Chad Won 07/04/2017 15:27My family of 5 traveled to FF Villa Rica in March. We had a blast and everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was courteous and friendly. We can't wait to return there for another mini vacation.
The on-site restaurant that's in the lake is very good and has a great view. They are however, short staffed. They only had 2 waitresses working both evenings we visited, and so when the crowd arrived, their service was pretty much nonexistent. It's no fault of the workers, they did their best. Whomever is running the restaurant needs to schedule/hire more servers.

takraftyon 14/02/2017 22:44We're Wyndham owners who love to explore the company's timeshare options. Just a half hour away from the hustle bustle of Atlanta, this gem is a good place to escape to. Laid back and easy was just what we wanted. There is a nice lake for watersports near our condo, a walking trail, and a couple of pools. Our 2 br. condo is spacious and sleeps up to 8. It's got all the comforts of home (this unit even has a washer/dryer and a fireplace!). The full size kitchen was a perfect place to prepare meals, and there are two screened in porch options to sit outside and enjoy watching time stand still. Nearest grocery store is 6 miles away, so we just stocked up and planned on staying 'home'. Loving this life.
