CathyLenon 29/05/2017 00:54We spend the night in Bellingham occasionally and the Fairhaven Village Inn will now be our first choice for accommodations. The location is convenient, close to restaurants and shops in Fairhaven and not far from downtown and WWU. Rooms are surprisingly large for a new hotel, which is part of its old-school charm. One nice touch for a couple travelling together -- there are two chairs in the room, not one as we often find. Everything is spotless and the staff are pleasant and helpful. The breakfast room is bright and clean, and has what you need to get a good start on the day.

So glad we found this hotel! Grandkids loved it, us too!

We WILL stay here again!
The hotel has very nice large rooms, very comfortable, and it's in a great location. Nice old Victorian waterfront neighborhood. Very charming. Many good restaurants within a block or two. Nice grocery store within easy walking distance. A wonderful toy store just around the corner. Across the street is an open area that sometimes has live music and other civic events.
The hotel staff was super friendly and accommodating! More so I think than you find in the big chains
Especially nice for children, the hotel has a stock of kid's games and books, really thoughtful!

93611on 13/05/2017 20:25We spent two nights at this hotel...room 303 has a nice view of the harbor and is quiet. Large room with comfortable chairs and bed. Very clean. Breakfast is minimal continental but satisfactory. Staff is very friendly and accomodating. Would definitely recommend.

mayhsaon 12/05/2017 01:15The location was perfect, you step outside the hotel and you are in the heart of Fairhaven. Everything was very clean, and the rooms were spacious. The Inn has a quaint library, with sofas, and a good selection on popular board games. You could take the books and board games up to your room. Also, in the afternoon/evenings the reception offers delicious complimentary cookies.
The breakfast was TERRIBLE. There was some yoghurt, fruit, and some bread, the only hot thing there was waffles, which were terrible. We were very disappointed with the breakfast and ended up going somewhere else to eat.
Overall, the hotel was good and I would recommend staying there.
