This guest house is located in very plesant area.The view from top you will see kailash giri, r k beach. Distance is very close to beach. Its good if you are with friends and wanted a room at reasonable price.

Unhygienic, Dirty and Cheap

Spent 2 days in Feb 2017. Office had booked the hotel. There was some mess up in the reservations. Spent good about 20 minutes in the make shift reception counter in the ground floor parking sorting the mess. Staff did not have the decency to even offer a glass of water. The room (405) reminded me of those dingy rooms in Hotels that one finds near Indian Railway stations. Stinking beds, sheets, stained toilets, leaking taps, torn chairs, broken frame of bathroom mirror. The worst was "Dried Nasal mucus" on the walls. May be good for some for the the price though but could be avoided from the hygiene point of view. Wanted to highlight these issues to the Manager but no one seem interested.

Reasonable place at a reasonable price

This place is pretty basic and clean . We made a last minute reservation here for our family trip, which proved to be a good decission as it had 3 bedrooms and a hall , exactly what a group of 13 people required. The breakfast was a little expensive for bread omlette , but hey it was delivered to us when asked for early in the morning too .

Absolutely horrible. No Hot water, filthy rooms, filthy bed sheets and horrible service. The rooms are good...if you are staying with extended family...its a great place for everyone to stay together. 3 rooms per unit with a huge living room. If only they maintained it..i'd give it 4-5 stars. Given how dirty this place was...i'd never return. The shower curtains had mold growing on them. The couches smelled disgusting and as mentioned before...no hot water.

Nice service apartment for functions and individual visits

we booked it for one month total that is about 30 flats including the additional ones on marriage day. This was a good alternative for non-locals to arrange any function.
neighbors are not friendly and this is embracing and needs to be managed well.
Using parking for funciton dining, creates problem for parking and outside there is no space, often scrammbles by neighbors. A basement would have been better.
