All main attractions in easy reach with main train station a mere 200 mores away. (with direct shuttle to the airport)
Rooms are lovely and spacious and staff very nice.

Nettie68on 10/08/2017 10:39Absolutely loved staying in Flavia's fantastic B&B. Flavia is incredibly welcoming, warm and friendly, her B&B is exceptionally clean and high standard. The breakfasts are simply wonderful. I would highly recommend this B&B for friendliness, location and value for money.
Wonderful B&B in the heart of Pisa

We were there in August. Thank goodness for the Air Con!
Had to leave early for the airport but the owner sorted a packed breakfast out and arranged the taxi. She couldn't have been more helpful.

cant83on 16/07/2017 08:15Just perfect. Location is very central and right in historic area. Rooms are beautifully decorated. Air conditioning units in rooms. Peaceful. Great breakfast with freshly baked cakes and bread. WIFI works! Couldn't fault anything.
Fabulous rooms
Jessica Won 13/06/2017 17:21We arrived late at night and were very kindly picked up at midnight by the owner Flavia and shown to our gorgeous rooms, with comfortable bed, lovely bathroom, mini bar and a kettle with tea/coffee. The air conditioning worked really well too which was welcome after a hot journey. More importantly, everything was amazingly clean!
At breakfast there was a wonderful homemade cake, prepared by Flavia the night before, and fresh selection of bread and fruit available too...although I did not really need more than the tasty cake!
Flavia was very helpful with local attraction advice (Pisa Tower is a 20 minute walk) and we were able to leave our luggage whilst exploring before making the short walk to cat out train (the station is a 5 minute walk).
I would say there are two 'limitations' to Five Roses - the first is that because of it's location in a shopping street I imagine that bringing your own vehicle may be tricky, and the second was a lack English television channels; but really these are very small points which did not lessen the warm welcome received from Flavia.
