Another great stay
_aytandron 18/06/2017 17:47Once again we were welcomed as if we were family friends. Joan Puts and his team were, as before, helpful with all enquiries and requests. This was our third visit and we plan to return soon. Check in was efficient and quick. On our last visit we ate in the hotel restaurant, but chose this time to eat in Valkenburg. The restaurant we chose was no where near our past experience of the hotel restaurant though. The hotel restaurant has a great menu and great service.
Good to bad to worse
Martin Mon 29/11/2016 15:39Stayed in this hotel for four nights rooms we were given were comfortable but lacking in certain areas. Staff on arrival were friendly and helpful and on Saturday night member of staff was very accommodating in getting us an evening meal even after 1700.
Different staff yesterday and 1730, no evening meal. Hotel has a nice lounge area but in my opinion rooms need some more tlc and decor to make it a hotel that people would enjoy with parking could be closer to hotel.
New friends and great service
_aytandron 26/11/2016 17:24The staff at this hotel were the most accomodating, entertaining and helpful I have come across. They wanted to nothing but be friendly and enjoy our visit. I feel that we have found new and lasting friendships with the manager Joan Puts and his staff. The chef produced superb meals and the bar staff were so helpful and pleasant. The rooms was spotless and comfortable.
I am already looking to return. Thank you to Joan, Michael and Tina for a wonderful stay.
Nothing special...
Mihai Don 25/07/2016 21:18In a Valkenburg full of hotels, Fletcher Hotel is rather "poor" than "average". Small rooms, defect water pipes in the bathroom, huge prices (about 85 euro/night one person). Bar closes at 10. Still you can get a beer and put it on the room. For sure, I won't come back there.
Room small but quiet
LancasterRoameron 24/05/2016 13:46Small room- we were on a group event and sharing with strangers so not ideal to have a twin where it is really like a double. It was in a quiet spot though. Breakfast average. Quite nice downstairs with sofas to chill out on and a beer garden. Probably would stay again depending on the price.
