All amenities, nice being out of the hassle of town.
The same lady on reception as last year and she remembered us !, how good is that?
We had a bedroom for three as my son drove us down. Excellant, he had a double bed also.
The bathroom was excellent and very clean. Would definatley recommend.
Breakfast has a great choice of food.

jacer2003on 13/08/2016 14:00Stayed at Fonte Cruz Avila hotel for 1 night as part of a tour group. Room is clean, spacious but needs updating and so as the bathroom. Lighting in the room could be better. Buffet breakfast was average. The hotel is from the center of Avila.

Rene Son 19/07/2016 19:08Where to start. I was planning to stay at least one week looking forward to spend time in Avila and stay at the hotel which promotes itself as a luxury resort. The food is awful, staff virtually non existing, smelly carpets, really old beds with old linnens. If you plan to stay here, think again and stay somewhere else.

ChloeeeHon 16/06/2016 21:16Newly renovated hotel with homely rooms, even though our frig broke, they kindly offer us ice and cold water whenever we need. Also enjoyed a very delicious dinner here. The outside view is widely open, extending into fields where one can have a run or ride bicycles.

Yurmaon 28/08/2015 18:11A four stars hotel in the outside of Avila but not too far from it, with much to improve. TV so old only 4 channels. The bathroom had a dreadful smell. In a small courtyard at dusk, a colony of starling made a deafening noises even during overnight! The restaurant is not addressed properly. Living areas unattended impossible have a drink. Is regrettable see a misdirected hotel can be an enjoy full place to rest after a fantastic visit to Avila. Actually is not werth to stay.
