4 star property, hotel is big, even overly booked doesn't felt that.
Zodiac restaurant is small during breakfast and every big during dinner.
swimming pool on terrace, Gym so small (can't call it gym). Next to Bikanerwala restaurant.
This hotel is bang opposite to Marriott and raddison blu. Choki Dhani is 15mins drive. and city is 10kms. Airport is 2-3kms.
Peaceful place. Food tooooo Costly. Even Mineral water Bottle is for rs.150/-

BEWARE LOUD MUSIC WONT LET YOU SLEEP

This hotel has a movie theater and my room on 2nd floor was just below a movie theater!!.. it will keep vibrating till the show is over till mid night or till 1:00 am. I made a worst chose. The hotel did not tell this and they kept saying the will look for another room and by 12:30 am they said, now the movie theater is closed and there should be no vibration. I wont forget the worst experience in this hotel. Just wondering how can someone make a movie theater inside a hotel and give room to guests!!!

I stayed hotel Fortune Park for two nights with my wife. Its a very nice hotel. Very Big reception area and a lounge. Room was very spaciouse with all modern amenties. Its not a five star hotel but has all five star facilities. Just on the left side of reception, their is spa. I too spa, its really very relaxing and full value for money. The staff at this hotel was very professional & make this hotel brilliant. The food is also very good as it has very good choices of both veg and non veg. It keeps great value for money and I would recommend staying here.

I closed my eyes when my travel desk told about the booking having been made in Fortune Park Bella Casa... just because it was a Fortune property. The experience has been poor right from the time I stepped in... and hence this urge to write the review while it is still fresh in mind. The staff at the entry were courteous, but the lobby and the recpetion reminds one of those under-used hotels which keep most of the lights switched off to save electricity. I was greeted by the cold all-rooms-are-non-smoking response, and because I had no place to go in the night, so I stay put. Offcourse, a good samaritan did give me the advice to go to the roof-top... which I did late in the night. So, the corridor to the room has practically no lights... in line with my presumption that the hotel is not quite frequented. The room has a lot of woodwork, but the furniture and the upholstery looked tired and ageing. The bathroom is not stocked by any standard. Two napthalene-smelling soaps, 3 bottles of some cream and shampoo. The bath linen must have seen a 100 washes... I would not use the same towels at home and surely would not give anything close to this to my guests. The size of the bath tub is good enough for my 12 year old son. I am short (just about 5' 5'') and little healthy, but I found it difficult to stand in the tub and take a shower. The curtains kept brushing on me... and I hate that! The sofa upholstery is stained and a small little carpet is all dirty. Now, comes the food. While I am yet to taste, but the room-service order taker requested me to order something Indian and that stffed chicken breasts (which is on their menu) is not available. When I insisted that I wish to stay on animal proteins, the person suggested that he could give me grilled chicken, and when I asked him to to describe, he said that the preparation is of chicken tikka pieces cooked on a skillet (tawa) and that is what is called a grilled chicken. I finally have given up on the idea of animal protein and have ordered for a club sandwich, which has been delivered, but I am yet to taste. The food is very very costly and the presentation is just so-so. And the internet speed sucks, apart from the fact that they give access to only one machine, and once logged in, you can not use it later with your mobile, even if you do not use your laptop. And then there is pounding music. Overall, a big disappointment!

Nice hotel, near to Airport

Location is good. Staff is co-operative. Clean and neat rooms.
Well connected by city transport – Ashram Road/Tonk Road/ B2 Bypass Junction CinePlex connecting buses.
Near to Sanganer and Jawahar Garden (good for a walk or evening Musical Fountain show)
Options available nearby for food – Guruji ki Rasoi, Bikanerwala, other local outlets.
Handicraft Shop within hotel – must visit. Our experience - it offers best price than any outside shop/handicraft shop/ factory outlet.
Shop owner is very polite and co-operative. If you ask for more designs/color/patterns of a selected items; he will bring that from his factory.
Recommended if planning a visit to Jaipur.
