Stayed with friends on 5th August. The rooms were spacious, but, on the 6th floor, the air conditioning was not effective. Did complain but not much could be done. The mini bar refrigerator wasn't cooling, nothing could be done. They did offer me a room on the 5th floor. The room had lots of hot water in the bathroom even in the evening. The lighting switches needed labelling since they were difficult to figure out.
The breakfast was great - large spread, though they did get my Fried eggs sunny side up right in the second try.

Great place to stay if the housekeeping put in a little bit more effort. Staff was very friendly and responsive. The rooftop bar was great.

My Repeated stay in this ITC property due to supportive & Cooperative nature of staff of Reception ,Housekeeping & Restaurant . Rooms are spacious as per ITC standards , Well Clean & equipped with all basic amenities . Food Quality is always good & I relish their buffet dinner very much . Its not out of place to mention here that their Mutton Preparation is always excellent . Overall they stands out in service,

I have stayed in this hotel perhaps 20 times over the last 6-7 years or so. I was always delighted with the personalized service it afforded me This time I arrived after a long gap and was really disappointed to say the least. There was no recognition, which is acceptable because most hotels have somehow not been able to crack this beyond visual familiarity, so if the team changes, recognition of repeat visitors goes out of the window. What got me was that they asked me to pre-pay for the room. Suddenly a lot of hotels have started to do this, but it almost straightaway tells the guest 'We don't trust you to pay up later'. Not the best of welcomes.
I was staying in a Fortune Club room. Since this is a premium room in a business hotel, the least one should expect is an iron and an ironing board, which was a standard feature earlier. No such luck, in a burst of cost cutting this luxury has been done away with.
I checked in late and found no hot water in the tap. I didn't bother because sometimes hotels run out of (or turn off) hot water in the night. Unfortunately when I tried it at 5am next morning I once again found no hot water. I had to call for help at that time in the morning to get this fixed before I could have my bath. Why was this not checked before the room was allotted?
The room was full of other smaller issues : the TV remote was not working, some of the lights were not working nor was the weighing scale in the room
The only saving grace was the restaurant where the service was courteous and the food tasty
Usually Fortune can be trusted to provide dependable if not spectacular service. But this was my second bad experience with Fortune in Bangalore. The other once was at Fortune Select Cosmos. Not sure of it is Fortune per se or just the Bangalore management. But they would do well to pull up their socks.

Reasonable business hotel

Situated just next to Majestic on Sheshadri road this is a perfect location to stay only when you are working in that area. A typical business hotel with a reasonable price. Once inside the check-in process was very well managed. We can in very late at night and went straight to the room for sleep.
The rooms are quite big with large bed, study table and sofas all around. The lighting system can be deceiving unless it was explained by one of the staff. Inside room is well arranged with a tea/coffee facilities as well. The bed quality is okay and not the best of quality. The bath room is big and toiletries are provided as well.
There is room service available with a good choice of menu. The rooms rate generally have breakfast included. The restaurant downstairs provides a lot of choices of items from continental to south Indian choices. There is also non vegetarian items available on the breakfast table.
Overall it’s a reasonable stay for business at this hotel.

ITC property stands out in service, well clean cozy rooms.

Rooftop bar & restaurant, spa, swimming pool, gym makes it even more happening.

Opposite to the SRS Bus stop and at walking distance to Metro station.

Breakfast has good spread, and quality food, even in room dining is great!

Worth every penny!
