Very good hotel
vikashagarwal0509on 26/08/2017 10:40This is very good hotel near to Library chowk. I stayed here for one night in the month of june. Rooms are very good and very well maintained. Buffet breakfast is very good. Staff are well mannered and very helpful. Sitting area is very beautiful.
Amazing journey throughout
Varun Pon 22/08/2017 18:16We were lucky enough to be able to make the booking in this hotel in a very reasonable price. Amazing staff, very spacious rooms, courteous supporting staff specially the gatekeeper with a big moustache who would always welcome us with a gracious smile!!
Very delicious food and undoubtedly we enjoyed staying at this hotel.
P.s. Readers do not over think just make this place your first choice for the stay!!
Great Experience

Quality of food is good, staff in very gentle and supporting make my trip good. only request i would like to say that if some parents stay there and if they ask for Milk for there kids please do not include in bill. believe me your ranking go much higher. Rest is very nice alike room's were clean, service is also very fast and quality of food is out standing.
Good hotel, needs better maintenance
sk532on 21/08/2017 08:43I stayed in this hotel in early July-2017 with family for one night. Hotel property is just at the entry of Mall road, on the hill. The view from the room is fantastic. You actually feel to be on top of the clouds. Breakfast spread is also good. And food is tasty.
What is not good is the way this hotel is maintained. There was water leakage in our washroom and water was coming and filling whole washroom. Even though I made complaint with front desk, they took no action. After filling the whole washroom with water, it actually was stinking.
Front desk is extremely lazy. For the amount they charge, the maintenance of the hotel is terrible. Not a kind of Fortune hotel which you will visit at other places.
Over the clouds
ankurbhasin1984on 11/08/2017 13:40The property has a small main gate but the name has enough credibility to make you enter in. it is a beautiful hotel with a perfect location. Yes, I did feel that I was living over the clouds. The sitting space outside provides a perfect view of the mountains and even has a provision to have your meals served there,also accompanied by an open kitchen.
Though the rooms are very comfortable but they do have a provision to accommodate more luxury which would actually add more positives points to this hotel.
Having said that, the breakfast is something that needs some improvement, especially in terms of adding more variety and live kitchen items.
